hmm... my favorite song in RK... that's hard. i really enjoy "Crayons can melt on us for all I care" just bc it's cool like that. also "Be my escape," "Sadie Hawkins Dance" and "This week the trend" are some of my favoritess.

hey im in gymnastics so i can try to tell you how to stretch correctly.....i usually sit on the floor, spread my legs apart in a v, but it shouldnt hurt when you go back, and then reach and grab your right foot, then your left, then the middle. you can do any stretches you want as long as it doesnt hurt, but you should feel some stretch. ask people you know for stretches to do!
