Hey, I heard your lookin for a great plsce to find neon clothes. Well honestly for a really good price I, myself, would go to a Marshall's or TJMaxx and maybe even Platoe's Closet. But maybe if you went to kohl's or walmart and looked at the clearence racks but only use walmart as a last resort. Hope this helps
