Hey girl! For your tummy first you want to get rid of the stuff above your muscle. To do that, do some aerobic excersise such as swimming, jogging, bicycling etc. Eggs and regular oatmeal with berries are great food choices to blast belly fat. To tone your thighs, try some squats and walking lunges. Hope this helps!

hey girl! theres only one way to find out if this guy really likes you... talk to him! waving, smiling, saying jokes, are all great ways to get this guy's attention. making him aware that your interested will definitley spark some interest in him too. and even if its not meant to be dont miss out on the chance to be great friends. you guys should establish a good friendship before it goes anywhere else. talking, or sitting with him at lunch or texting him are good ways to get a kick start on the friendship. good luck and keep me posted ♥

Hey Girl! my advice for your workouts would be to do a lot of the things that you allready did for cheerleading if thoes are the things that keep your fit! So strech A LOT and work on cardio (running, bikeing, swimming, intervals or a cardio machine) i would do that maby 30 min every other day. And on the days your not doing cardio do Stregnth *this is what i do* (20 pushups, 20 sit ups, 20 jump lundges, then 20 lifts, do thoes in order and then take a 3-5min break and then do it again.. do that 3 times) *lifts are like pullups, or lifting weights) and i would take a break on sundays and thursdays! you should be all ready for cheerleading when it starts again! And as for your friend.. dont feel like this is your fault you are dong a good thing by helping her try and get closer to her bf! If she dosnt understand y its her prob.. what i would do is next time she asks you to do something for her remiend her about how she said to stay out of it.. but i would give her some time and she'll realize how good of a friend you were to help her when she needed it. Your a good friend! Shes the one with the problem! Good luck Girl!
