Hey! Does your friend actually know this guy?? If she doesn't...no matter what you say it may seem a little creepy to him. I would try telling her that she should try and get to know the guy first and then you would be happy to give him her number. If he does at least know who she is, trying telling him that she really likes him and asking him if he feels the same way. Because if he doesn't like her there really is no point in giving him her number right?? If you are honesty and upfront then he won't think it's weird. If he doesn't like her tho...walk away, don't keep pestering him.
