well, its just depends how often or how much pop/soda you drink; if its almost everyday, then yeah maybe cucumber water is good. The thing is, regular water is also a great source of water, its simple and easier to find/buy compared to cucumber water. Smoothies are good if you don't buy it at an actual store most of the time because they are loaded with sugar and stuff that isn't too healthy if you drink too much. i hope this helps! (:

yeah! I WAS FREAKING OUT WHEN IAN FELL TO THE CHURCH BELL ROPES and then when they came back he was gone.. that was creepy. my new bf that i told u about that i met at the beach is going on vacation for a year and he said it was ok if i dated another guy for that year and i met this new guy and at first he was sweet and awesome until we kissed another time at the beach and he untied my bikini and touched and squezed my boobs and that was just the first time sometimes on dates and stuff he'll kiss me and do it again like another time we were at a resturant for a date and he followed me into a boy/girl bathroom reached under my shirt to touch my boobs it was ok the first few times but know we are in a serious relationship and i am not to sure if it is too serious or not sometimes it is uncomfortable but not always but a lot of the time

ill tell you what i did to carry pads and tampons around in middle school: if youre gonna wear pants wear flare pants adn wear long-ish socks. put the pad or tampon in your sock (the side thats facing the other leg) this way nobody will notice!!!
