Hey! So your period is probably not coming yet because...... well... there really is no reason. It's definately not because your not healthy. There is just no way to predict when your period comes! And the symptoms you are having are probably not PMS. PMS is just something that comes usually a few days before your period and if you have been having symptoms for 2 years, it's definately not PMS. Plus, I heard on tv that PMS is actually a medical condition but not every woman has it. Most women do have cramps, bloating, and other pre-menstrual symptoms before they're period comes but PMS stands for pre-menstrual SYNDROME not symptoms. Don't ask how i know all this stuff. Hey!!! I need a work out buddy!!! REALLY BAD!!! I'm wayyyy over weight!! I need sum 1 2 be there 4 me when I want food, and it's a snack I really don't need... hey rockthered!lov08, hey, srry i dnt comment on your profile but it said it was avaliable for the public to see. Oh well! And good job going to the gym...but your right, that is WAY to much! Instead of 7 times a week cut down to maybe 4 days. Or instead of 2 hour workouts, just run for 20 mins. around your neighborhood everyday and then do some crunches and weight lifting 5 timmes a week. Chicka-your body needs a break and too much excersice is actually bad. I hope this helped!! <3 Jj
