hey... you said that you were good at advice, so could you help me? i just got my first period yesterday and I'm totally freaked out. How do i get a shower and everything? what do I do? and even though i'm changing my pads every 2 hours, they are still wet all the time. i'm only 95 lbs. if that, so it can't be because i'm overweight or something right? please help!
