Here are some different and fun ab exercises!
-Sit in a chair and lift your feet at 2-4 inches off the ground and put your hands on the chair and lift your butt off the chair(keep position for 5-10 seconds 6-12 reps)
-Start on your hands and knees.Raise opposite arms and legs (left arm right leg. right arm left leg) hold for 2 counts, reaching straight out or straight behind you. Do 15-20 reps on both sides
-squat so your legs are at a 90 degree angle and twist your upper body to the left or right.
-Cobra (lie face down and use your hands to lift your upper body up, hips still touching the floor)hold for 2 counts and do 8-10 reps

These are the ab workouts I do everyday and they are very effective!
