Ok, so for this sitch, play stupid. I know it sounds crazy, but let me explain! Sit by him on the bus (if you don't have assigned seats) and say "Oh, your nic right? Wow, i didn't know you rode my bus!" or if you can't talk tot him on the bus, talk to him at school, say "Hey i think you ride my bus, what's your name again?" If the convo is starting to slow down, just ask him a random question- like what his fav color is or something. It will make for some nice small talk. Ask him what his number is (and give him yours). text him THE NEXT DAY (so it doesn't seem like you are stalking him) after school, and just let the conversation go! If it seems like all that is being said is "yeah" or "kool" then stop the conversation, that is a dead conversation. hope i helped =D

Sad to hear that he has a GF. He sounds like a really great guy though. Im in the same situation right now (kinda but he is single) If you really like him then don't give up on him. I'ved loved my BGF for a long time and have had to see him with a few GF's before I got anywhere with him. For now you should make him your BGF, because the best relationship comes out of great friendships. In may have not worked out in 3rd grade but at that age boys aren't thinking about realtionships. Even when things are bad and it may seem there is no hope, he may surprise you with something good. Ever heard of you don't what you've got until it's gone? If your ever in a fight with him you might have to make him realize how much he needs you in his life. When he is single this is what you should do. 1)The day that he breaks up with his GF is the day you should make your move. Talk with him about it and see if he is ok with everything, be there for him. 2)Ask to hangout one day. With a group of friends or without. Be really cute, flirtly and play games with him. If your really confident and cool around him he will do the same. Boys are always trying to be tough around girls and impress them, try to boost his confidence and show him you really like him. 3)Talk to him on Facebook and when your chatting be flirtly and mysterious. For example say something like "So I hear there is this really great girl who isnt into you. Shes a good friend of mine" He will get excited and start asking about the girl. Tell him everything thats great about "the girl" (you) and if he seems really interested in dating this girl tell him that she is you. Sometimes you have to take a risk when it comes to love. But just follow your heart and you will be fine. I really hopes this helps and if you ever need more help as this progress, don't be afraid to ask me for more help. Hope this works out. -Elle

I remember I was so nervous about going to middle school. I thought it was going to be so scary and a huge school and I wouldn't know anyone and I don't know. But I realized that it was going to be a lot like elementary school. Except just people from the other elementary schools in town. I'd still have my friends and I was bound to make new ones too. And schools are designed to be easy to get around to where you need to be and if you're ever unsure of where you're going, there are the older people walking around too and don't be shy to ask them where where ever you need to be is. I think the hardest part of changing from elementary to middle school was trying to balance new friends and old friends. I know that wasn't really a question but I just felt like telling you it's not bad at all! Plus if your teachers are anything like mine were, they're really cool and are like friends, except old(er) people... haha

Hey girl, I think you should definitely talk to your parents about transferring. When I was in fifth grade I went to a private school, where there were only ten girls in my grade. It was hard because if you didn't like the girls in your grade, well you really didn't have any other friends to choose from. In sixth grade I transferred to a bigger public school, and now I have about six people that I can truly call BFF's. So switching schools might be just the thing you need. Sit down with your parents and tell them that you are not happy and really don't have any friends at your school. Also try to point out to them other benifits of this school (like good teachers or a good academics system). Try to be as mature as possible, and they should understand. If they say no, don't whine or beg, they will just think you are not mature enough. Hope this helps!! Lots of love, abby

you're welcome it's really no problem I love helping people whenever I can plus to let you know, I went through the same thing for almost all of middle school. And then 4 years after we became friends, we (finally) went out! He's still a really good friend of mine though because of our "pre-relationship" friendship !

Hey haha thanks ♥ About the guy, if he's the kind of guy that doesn't fall in love, maybe he's not ready, doesn't want to right now, or has other things to worry about right now. I say stay friends with him and keep talking to him and become even better friends. Then maybe he'll feel like he's ready to have a relationship because once you guys would be close, it'd be easier than going out with someone he doesn't really know much about. And in the mean time, you both will gain a really good friend!

Don't worry girl, I know exactly where you're coming from. First of all, you said you've gotten really close to your YouTube friends, just make sure that you are not giving them any personal information. Anyway, like you said, school is starting soon, and that will be the first thing that will help you with your addiction. You will be at school most of the day, and when you get home you will probably have homework, and that right there will take away time from being on the computer. The next step is setting a timer. I would suggest only giving yourself one hour a day. Make sure you tell your parents that you are setting a timer, so that if you end up not obeying the timer they can catch you. The next step is finding a hobby, or after-school activity. Love to dance? Take some classes. Into sports? Get involved at your school. Like church? See if your church has a youth group. All of these things will take up time that you would be spending on the computer, and will help you find some friends as well. At school, try to be more outgoing than you were last year. I'm sure you have electives (like choir or art). Try to find people in those classes that share your same interests. Maybe the second week of school, invite someone over that you have met that seems nice, and get to know them better. Who knows, you may have found you new best friend and sooner or later, you will have forgotten all about your online friends. Hope this helps!!
