Hey. I also saw ur post on the bumps. I have had them for awhile. I think they are keratosis pilaris. Moisturizing helps, but this lotion works wonders (If you continue to use it. If you don't it won't work.). The lotion is called AmLactin, but any lotion with lactin works. I have it on my arms, a little on my thighs, and on the sides of my cheeks but the only super noticable ones are on my arms. Here is a gl article on it: http://www.girlslife.com/post/2010/09/21/what-is-keratosis-pilaris.aspx If you search "keratosis pilaris" on gl a bunch of stuff comes up. Hope this helps and tell me if u find anything that is great or if u want advice on anything!

I saw your post about the red bumps on your arms. I get the same thing! And on my thighs, too. I started putting lotion on them, and they got better really slowly. They're also better in the summer when they get light and aren't irritated by sleeves. Hope this helps. If you find anything that works, let me know!
