Ok. The first thing is, I call it "flab" to, and I think that word is HILARIOUS! I don't know what it is, but I just like that word... Lol but anyway, what I do is I just keep doing what my P.E. teacher tells me to do for school: Be good and try to stick to my workout plans, even though I hate it. The truth is that not ALL workouts are horible. I like the Cheertastic workout here on GL because I can excercise almost all of my body and it's not that hard if you just take it slow. Working out is like ripping off a band-aid, but the way everybody still does it even though you should just yank it off: Take it slowly so that you don't absolutely DIE from the pain! As for eating healthy, it's not that hard for me because I have a diabetic sister. You should just find foods that you like that have lower fat and sugar content! And if you go out to eat, just ask the waiter what has lower calorie levels and I'm sure (s)he will know exactly what you should have because it tastes good and is still healthy for you! Sorry this is so long... Once I start writing something, I tend to keep going and then not stop... I really hope this helps! Post on my profile and let me know! ~Jazzie
