Well, this happened to me too! This guy, that I had been friends with for a long time, told me he like me in person, (I didn't like him back), I starting to turn red, and started laughing (the way he said it was kinda funny), not to be mean I had gotten up and left. He later asked me out twice, but I had said no..

Anyways, I think you should definately try asking him to hang out! Maybe, you could start with hanging out in a group of people, then after you get used to hanging out with him, you could try hanging out with him alone. (Maybe you could go to the park, beach, a movie, or playing a sport or anything else you're both interested in.) After talking to him on fb or msn, you'll definately see the sweet side of him. I think it's really sweet that he likes you! But, if you don't like him back just yet, tell him you'd just like to be friends, and maybe you could then try taking it to the next step.
