So if you've looked at my healthy you journal, you saw I felt frustrated... here's why.
My mom and 2 little sisters and I went to the local pool during a drizzle. The pool was closed, so we headed home(walking). All of a sudden,the drizzle turned into a huge downpour!!! I didn't fit under the umbrella, so I walked in the heavy rain. And by the time we got home I was soaked! So were my little sisters. And if that wasn't enough, my mom forgot the keys inside!!! We were locked out and soaked! We had to call my dad, who came home early and let us in, but we had to wait for like an hour in the car!! Ugh... Three words. Worst. Day. Ever.

Clinger alert! Having a clingy friend is a compliment to how great your BFF is to hang with, but it can be frustrating.

Include her in some plans with new friends so she won’t feel left out. If she's still clingy, distance yourself and your BFF from her controlling ways—and tell her why. No one should be limited to one friend.
