Thanks for joining, Maggie! I’m super excited about you joining! Just a little beforehand info, it usually takes us close to a year to write the story. Don’t freak out, though! Usually, people don’t post every day…and we all go through those writer’s block points in time. That’s what the rest of us are here for; to help each other through that. Drama. One way to describe our girly life. Moody. Worried. Confused. A guy may say we are cute, but we do not know it. Our feelings are what matter the most, and once they are hurt in that rare way when we dont have a snotty comeback, something is wrong. I would love if girls like you and me could work together to make it better. We all rely on something, why not each other? xoxo, serenity

I know, there was some really bad flooding in this storm.. :'( I can't believe how bad New York and New Jersey got hit, still. Like I heard Manhattan was completely wiped out and there was absolutely no power. We actually gathered up some old coats and clothing items and sent them in a bag to New Jersey. Yeah, it's Misquamicut! That's the beach I go to every summer, I hope it's not too bad of a damage..I love it too much. Aw, I'm so glad you guys were still able to have a great Halloween! That would've been sad if Halloween was "cancelled" all because of Sandy but luckily your town still saved it and made the best of it♥ And , what I meant was I never stopped trick or treating before but this year was my last year haha I just can't see myself trick or treating when I'm like 17 or 18. Are you still gonna go? Yeah, February vacation is still nice because at least you still have some kind of break between Winter break and Spring break but I just don't end up finding myself doing anything interesting during that vacation because it's not particularly the holidays but it's not spring time where it's warm enough to go outside, so I usually just hang out with my friends some days, do homework, and watch a bunch of movies with my sister<3 And my AP History test actually went REALLY well! So much easier than I thought it would be, so I hope I did well on it, because I want to get an A in history! That would be soo good if I got an A in an AP class. Half the class was failing in the first quarter, but now most of us have B's and C's. My grade went from a 75, to a 79, to an 88! I'm so happy I almost have all A's <3 And have fun at Quinnipiac! I hope you enjoy it as much as my friend did Is Quinnipiac relatively close to where you live? And no, I've never heard of Wheelock. I think I've heard of Emerson but not too much about it. And of course I know what UConn is It's one of the nicest state universities I know! I wanted to go to there.. but tuition is well over $50,000 for out-of-state students so it's kinda out of the cards now.. I think I might stick to URI, RIC, or some college(s) in Mass haha And no, I didn't end up watching the Relief Concert, I wanted to but I had some other show on haha Volunteering at the library went well, I think I'm going to do it every Saturday. I was going to do it today but the weather was kinda bad. We got a good 3 inches of snow last night from the Nor'Easter that was supposedly coming. Did you guys have any snow? And the party-oh my gosh the party was SO much fun (: I think just the fact that basically all my best friends were there, and we were all dressed up and looking nice made it so much fun<3 And also a good guy friend of ours from school was there, so we were talking to him the night. My friends and I couldn't stop dancing , it was a great time!<3 I also have my other best friend's sweet sixteen this Sunday! Unfortunately I'm not that excited for that one though because only my two best friends are there but they go to a different school than me, so they have a whole different set of friends than me, but hopefully it's still fun.. And aww, don't you just love 'Little things'? I FELL IN LOVE with the song the moment I heard it.. It's just so heartfelt and cute<3 They're actually going to be performing tonight on X Factor two songs! <3 I think it's going to be Live while we're Young and Little Things. And yes I had election day off (: It was kind of boring because my sister didn't have the day off and most of my friends were busy so I just stayed home and did chores. And now.. I have some exciting news! WE'RE HAVING A HOMECOMING! I'm sooooo happy I don't know why exactly they made us a homecoming this year, I think it's to raise money for all the classes since they realized we have like NO money in our trust fund (especially the senior class- so their prom is gonna be super expensive) but I'm just so happy we're having one! It's next Friday in my school, and most of my friends are going. Most of us are just going to wear the dresses we wore to my friend's sweet sixteen because they're pretty haha but it should be a good time I can't wait (: Also, indoor track is starting up again.. I'm not that excited haha but I'm excited for the good times we have at practices and meet and to actually get in shape again (: I've been so lazy haha Then the week of the 19th is pep rally and Thanksgiving which I'm so excited for! Anything exciting happening with you?? (:

I'm stressing out cuz I'm reading 3 books at once for school. I hate reading more than one at a time! Anyway, I'm not even close to being halfway through a book that has to be finished by next week cuz I haven't had time! Ugh! Also, I wish Romney would have won the election

I tried posting this last night, but it doesn’t seem to be working. So we haven’t talked in awhile! How are you? I’m here to let you know about a writing-roleplay(ish) club here on GL. Basically, you create a character based off the plot, with questions to answer (name, appearance, personality, biography). Then you write along with us! You seem to be on GL a lot, and you just so happen to be a writer. Hope ya join, Maggie! <3 -Haley

When you didn't respond to my message for over a week, I kinda figured that you lost power unfortunately. :'/ I didn't think the storm hit Connecticut that bad because I kept hearing on the news that New Jersey and New York got the worst of it. But that's sad to hear :/ I can't believe you guys had this whole week off! That's crazy. I hope there isn't an extreme amount of damage... I feel like the storm in New York and New Jersey is a completely different storm than what we had, because the most we had (at least in my city/area) was some trees and branches fall down and get leaves blown around our yard. The worst damage in Rhode Island was around the coastlines like in Naraggansett and Newport. Unfortunately the beach we go to every year in Westerly got some pretty bad damage.. But yeah, we only had Monday and Tuesday off luckily and we only have to make up one day because Monday was a state of emergency for the whole state. I feel like Rhode Island gets pretty lucky when it comes to natural disasters because we never have any crazy occurrences like earthquakes, tornadoes, or hurricanes normally. The worst we have is blizzards and we're SO used to those haha. But I really hope you'll be back to school soon and everything will be okay! Yeah, we have the same thing in my school where we have a school store selling all our "school gear" The school store at my school is also where everyone goes during lunchtime to buy snacks and drinks if they don't want our nasty school lunch haha But that's so good that you guys will have another pep rally in the spring! At least you don't feel like you're missing out on it completely! Woah, that's so cool that so many trick-or-treaters come to your street! It must be a pretty big thing if kids from other towns come there haha Yeah, everyone here was worried that Halloween was going to be "cancelled". But I kept saying-technically Halloween can never be "cancelled" because it will always be on the 31st of October whether anyone goes out or not haha- You can always postpone the actual trick-or-treating part for another day-but technically, you won't be trick-or-treating on Halloween, you'll be trick-or-treating on November 4th haha But it's good that we still got to get our Halloween in (: I just passed out candy with my sister and friend (I was little red riding hood, my sister was a banana, and I let my friend borrow my pirate costume) and then we went trick-or-treating for a bit. I think this was definitely my last year trick-or-treating though because to be honest, its not even that "fun" anymore-I feel like I should've stopped a while ago, but I didn't want to regret not going out - but I honestly just don't wanna go when I'm seventeen haha But anyways, that's so good that they got Halloween to be postponed where you are! Your town/community sounds so close and involved with one another and that's so good (: Oh that was a smart idea of your school/district giving you "built in snowdays". We definitely need that haha If we had it, I'd be a little bummed that we didn't have February vacation, but I never thought February vacation was that much fun, so I wouldn't be as sad if it were April vacation.. And yes, seventy is a passing grade at my school. I actually think it's a good thing because it pushes students to work a bit harder to get their grade higher. That way, if they pass all their classes they know they passed with at least a seventy, instead of at least a sixty five. Although I've never really had to worry about failing haha Yeah, AP world history is definitely a tough course. And I'm really worried for Monday because I have a test on our entire unit 3 class- and he's giving us two full length class periods to finish it. The first day to fill out the multiple choice questions (which are surprisingly really hard because he words them weird-a lot of people fail that part) and the second day an open response essay question. So I'm definitely going to study all weekend because I want to bring up my grade in his class with this test! Aw, Quinnipiac University, I've heard of that! One of my friends from school actually drove there to visit it a few weekends ago , and fell in love with it! She's so determined to be a PT in sports medicine and I know she has her heart set on that school, so I hope she gets in (: I've heard so many good things about it! I actually bought the Red album I bought it on the second day we didn't have school this week- it was weird because everyone was saying we could've completely had school on Tuesday because it was beautiful out but I guess the reason we didn't have school is because a lot of teachers at our schools are from different towns around the state and a lot of their towns didn't have power,so there was no point in going to school if our teachers weren't going to come haha And aw thanks I'm so happy I got my license! I just now want to save up for a car (: And I really hope your week was good, besides Hurricane Sandy obviously - I really hope the conditions over there get better! They're actually having a relif concert on t.v. tonight at 8 to raise money for Hurricane Sandy victims, I think it's on NBC! What are you doing this weekend? Tomorrow, I have to volunteer (I'm doing my confirmation this year and I need 20 hours so I'm going to volunteer at the Children's department at the local library (, then I'm going to the mail, then me and all my friends are going to our friend's sweet sixteen tomorrow night<3 I'm actually really excited because I really want to see us all dressed up haha and her party is at a really nice restaurant/club which should be fun! Have you heard Little things by One Direction yet? It's their new single that came out Monday or Tuesday I believe (: You should like it, it's really sweet! Ed Sheeran actually wrote it which explains why it's like that haha but the music video just came out day <3
michipie205 on 11/2/2012 6:15:40 PM
to be honest, i'm not that impressed with her new album. my favorite new song of hers is I Knew You Were Trouble. 22 is ok but i don't like it as much as that one and we are never ever getting back together. wbu?
myfatsquirrel on 10/27/2012 8:41:13 PM
Aww, your school spirit week sounded so fun Yeah, usually spirit day is especially the most crazy and fun because EVERYONE usually dresses up for that. One thing I like about my school is that we're all incredibly spirited, and we're always proud of all our sports and always show our school colors. Like you can't go a day at my school without seeing someone wearing a school t-shirt. Aww, I'm sorry to hear your pep rally got cancelled. :/ They can't postpone it? It sucks that just because of the rain, you've already missed two years of pep rallies! Why is your pep rally outside? Ours is always in the auditorium! Aw, I'm sorry to hear you're still sick! Laying in bed watching Halloween movies and drinking chicken soup is what I would do if I were sick today And thanks, I'm just glad I'm feeling better. And no, it wasn't a migraine, I usually don't get those. It felt as if I were coming down with the flu but it was weird because the symptoms didn't last too long, it was just a weird thing that I hope doesn't happen again. And by the way, it was my sis's softball tournament (: She doesn't play soccer haha Oh, so at the end of each semester they combine your marking period grades to make up your semester grade? Oh, that's interesting. I've never liked systems like that because I feel like you could just have a really bad grade in one marking period and then work your butt off to try to get a great grade in the next marking period, but since they average the two grades out, you could still end up getting a bad grade. At my school, we just have two semesters and you try your hardest to get the best grade at the end of January! (: Usually I don't do too bad haha I actually don't think I'm going trick-or-treating this year. I was actually contemplating it for awhile (I'm a good procrastinator) but as soon as I heard a hurricane was headed our way , I figured who's gonna actually go out for Halloween?! So there was really no point in getting a costume.. 3,000 trick or treaters?! Wow, that sounds like one big town you live in! That's INSANE! We don't get quite a number like that at our house haha, we're lucky if we get 300. And yes, Hurricane Sandy is supposed to be here. Most of New England I believe. Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island.. Everyone's preparing for it and freaking out about it, but I'm just staying calm haha Because every time they say we're supposed to have a hurricane here, it just ends up slowing down and it becomes a tropical storm. Hopefully school doesn't get cancelled though :'/ I really don't feel making up days at the end of the year, because we already have a late last day of school :'( Isn't it crazy that last year we had no snow days(at least we didn't here) and we had 5 hurricane days?! Hopefully it's not the same this year. Aww, I'm so happy for you! I'm so glad you're doing well in math this year! It's so funny because this year, math is one of my highest grades too! It's usually one of my lowest grades, and this year I find myself worrying more about my AP World History class instead of math. I'm taking AS algebra II this year. Are you taking algebra II or pre-calc? And no , we don't use powerschool. I think every school district/town/school system uses their own way of posting grades online. We have what is called psdri and it is basically a way to keep posted about your school and check your grades online for all the public schools in the school system. Yeah, I agree chemistry is a bit difficult! It's definitely not one of my favorite classes this year, and I find that ironic because usually my science classes are my favorite. I'm more of fan of anatomy, biology, and all of that instead of the chemistry and physics side of science.. Woah, at your school 65 is a passing grade?! At my school/school district 70 is a passing grade. And besides AP world history, my classes are going really well (: I don't mind history, it's just that AP is A LOT more work. I guess it will all pay off though once I take the test at the end of the year. By the way, when are you going to look at more colleges? I already saw URI, and I'm going to the open house for RIC in November! I might also check out UMass Darmouth, PC, Salve Regina, etc.. I'm so excited to continue my college tours I keep getting stuff in the mail from colleges, especially Hampshire College! Ever since I went to the college fair in my town, they've been spamming me with stuff.. I'm not even interested in them anymore haha Have you bought/listened to RED yet?? I really want to get the deluxe package of her cd at Walmart (Collecting Cd's is kind of a little habit of mine, I have SO MANY) but I haven't got the chance yet. Right now I am currently obsessed with "I knew you were trouble". I listen to it all the time <33 And okay, before I go I have big news!! I GOT MY LICENSE!!<333 I didn't know if I told you this, but I had to postpone my road test to the 25th of October instead of the 4th because my previous test date interfered with my NECAP schedule, so I took the test on Thursday and I passed I was honestly surprised, but I'm so happy I finally have my own license! I'm not getting car anytime soon, but my parent's are actually okay with my using their car and all, so hopefully I can go out more now haha Okay , well that is all Hope you have a great weekend and stay safe in the hurricane!
michipie205 on 10/27/2012 6:08:19 PM
I still can't get over how big your school is! When in your walking in the halls to your classes, are there so many people you have to push your way through? Because my school is crazy like that, so I could only imagine how yours must be like! I am actually planning on taking the SAT's in the spring. I just want to allow myself enough time to study for them since I am no longer taking an SAT prep class. Unfortunately the SAT prep courses after school haven't started yet so I'm starting to worry about whether they're actually going to do them.. If not, I'm sure I can take a course in my community somewhere or a course online. Plus, one of my mom's friends gave me a HUGE SAT practice book like last year , which will really come in handy this year. I have so many sources to help me do well I hope you do well on your SAT's! (: Aw, spirit week sounds like a lot of fun! What were each of the days? It seems like for spirit week the people who get into it the most, are the upperclassmen. I guess the reason why is because they want to make the most out of their last two years! I can't wait for my spirit week Aww, I hope you feel better! Getting a virus definitely sucks because you feel so weak you don't want to do anything! Especially homework.. That's kind of ironic because yesterday I was feeling pretty sick too! And it especially sucked because I was at my sister's softball tournament so I kinda just had to suck it up. All of a sudden I became really hot, and I could feel my face getting really pale and I felt like I was going to faint. So I asked my dad if I could go back to the car to lay down, so I did and when I was walking back, my vision became super blurred and it pretty scary.. Luckily the car wasn't too far away, but I was pretty scared because it was an out of nowhere thing. Surprisingly, it happened to me before-once when I was in ninth grade, so I had to stay home from school but I'm just glad I'm feeling better now. And hopefully you are too! Hopefully it didn't ruin your weekend. Yeah I'm glad I'm a part of junior board My fundraising is going pretty successful so far. I went to my aunt's house today to see if she would like to buy any candles and she did which was good. I know my mom is definitely going to buy one and hopefully I can ask a few of my neighbors and other family members. Senior supper is an event (obviously when you're a senior) around November or December I believe where you go to a nice hall and have dinner and a small dance. It's sort of like a dinner dance like I had in eighth grade. Yeah, it definitely sucks not being able to go see r-rated movies by ourselves. My friend's mom actually just ended up coming with us. Sounds kinda lame, but we don't mind haha at least we got to see the movie (: Aww, I'm so happy for you! I'm glad you're doing well in school how are those classes going for you that you don't like? Do you mind marking period as in semesters? Because at my school we only have two semesters. One at the end of January and one at the end of the year. We receive occasional progress reports along the way but those don't count for anything; just to keep you updated on your grades. Are your marking periods basically your semesters? How was your overall weeekend? Hope it was good! By the way, are you going trick or treating? There are literally 10 days until Halloween left and am still contemplating whether I want to. I really want to dress up as Dororthy for Halloween but I don't know if I actually want to go trick-or-treating. It's a hard decision because half of my friends are and half aren't. One of my friends who isn't wants to go to the movies with me that night but then some of my friends who are want me to go trick-or-treating with them so I don't know what to do haha Well I hope your decision is a lot easier than mine
michipie205 on 10/23/2012 3:45:13 PM
Lol I meant state of grace, not saving grace. Idk what I was thinking XP
myfatsquirrel on 10/19/2012 11:54:48 PM
I just listened to the one u were talking about. Saving grace. It's country again! I bet she'll release one more pop one before her album comes out. I think she recorded a song with Ed Sheeran (The A Team singer).
myfatsquirrel on 10/19/2012 11:41:22 PM
I learned all of the lyrics after only hearing it twice! She released ANOTHER one? That's like 3 this month already! Lol she could just put all of these singles together to make an album!
myfatsquirrel on 10/18/2012 11:56:02 AM
Oh my gosh, congrats girl! See I knew you would do well I'm sure you just worked yourself up over it for nothing! Haha, yeah I wish you could live in a mansion without having to pay a ridiculous amount of money! And yes the NECAPS are thankfully over! So glad that is over with, it was SUCH a long and drawn out process! My school is average. Not too big, not too small. There are about 1200 kids in my school and about 250 juniors I want to say. There's like four hundred or five hundred freshman! (At least when I was a freshman). So, yeah I believe there's about eleven homerooms therefore they are giving elven giftcards I really hope I win! (: Oh my gosh, I actually thought the Psats were really easy! Like my friends were worrying me about them because a few of them took it when they were sophomores last year, and they said it was super hard but then after taking it today they said the ones we took this year were sooo much easier than the ones they took last year. I guess it's a good thing I didn't take it last year also because I would've had to pay! I only got stuck on a few math questions in the second math portion, but it's better to leave the answers blank than to fill it in and get the wrong answer because you get points deducted for getting it wrong but you don't get points deducted for not filling it in. I can't wait to see what i got on it! I hope you did well on it too, I'm sure you did! Are you taking the SAT this year too by the way? Yeah, I can't wait for my confirmation this year, they confirmed the date was May fifth! And yes, I'm so glad that this week is almost over! How has this week been going for you, besides PSATs? Today my friends and I joined junior/senior board. It's actually pretty cool, we basically try to raise money for our class to fund for things such as our prom, graduation, senior supper, and things like that.. And also, guess what I found out- I think we're having a homecoming this year! So if we do I definitely want to go But our junior/senior board teacher told us that both our classes have very little money saved up so if we have to start saving up now if we don't want to pay a large amount for prom! Thankfully this is where I am grateful for being a junior and not a senior so I have more time to save up for our class! We have a Yankee Candle fundraiser that we have to do to raise money so it should be good My friend and I are trying to go see Paranormal Activity on Friday but then we forgot that it's an R rated movie so now we're trying to figure out how we're gonna get in since we're not 17 haha Anyways, anything interesting happen to you this week?
michipie205 on 10/17/2012 7:08:39 PM
Oh u HAVE to hear it! It has a pop tune like we are never ever getting back together. It's one of my fave songs by her!
myfatsquirrel on 10/15/2012 10:46:47 PM
Doing OPs does not sound particularly fun haha Yeah, moving is definitely not a fun process either. The only time I would want to move again is if we won the lottery and we were moving to like a mansion haha Oh my gosh, if we went to a concert together-how cool would that be! And aww, outdoor concerts look like so much fun But only when the weather is nice of course! Trying to watch a concert in the pouring rain must not be too fun. Yeah, I think we're both similar in the fact that we're pretty grateful and appreciative for what we have. Like of course if we were offered new clothes or a new, we'd want it but we like to work for things we want! So yeah..as I predicted today was the no-calculator portion of the NECAPS. How glad am I that that's over. I think everyone is just freaking out about it in general. Literally all the juniors were like "So guys.. wanna drop out now or later..?" It was especially stressful for my NECAP room because in each there's supposed to be a proctor, or a teacher who hands out all the tests and materials and watches us and such, but while everyone else was getting their tests handed to them, and already starting- we still didn't have a teacher! So it so unfair because everyone else got an additional fifteen-twenty minutes than us, and everyone in my room was freaking out over time! Luckily, we managed to finish most it- but about 90% of the people in the room (and even A LOT of the other juniors in other rooms!) didn't finish the last two -three sections.. Math NECAPS are definitely the most stressful that's why I'm glad tomorrow is finally the last day! Did I mention though that to every homeroom they're giving away a $50 giftcard if you were there everyday of the NECAPs? After the NECAPS, if you had full attendance they're gonna put your name in a hat for each homeroom for a chance to win a $50 giftcard! I hope I win Oh my gosh, I can't even think about PSATS.. I'm so nervous for them.. Luckily they're not AS important as SATS.. but it's still good to do well on them, I hope it's not too terrible! The freshman and seniors at my school though get to arrive at my school at 10:45 on Wednesday because all the sophomores and juniors at my school are taking the psats. My school is paying for the tests, that's why we kinda "have to" take it. Anyways, the rest of my weekend was good thanks for asking (: On Sunday night, I went to my confirmation class and we had to bring our sponsors for confirmation with us. I chose my aunt to be my sponsor so it's nice that she got to come with me and she'll be there at my confirmation Hope this week goes well for you! Especially in your presentation and psats!
michipie205 on 10/15/2012 7:51:30 PM
Good luck on your presentation! I know you'll be fine (: And no, I've never heard of an O.P. before.. Hopefully I won't have to do one haha But your topic actually sounds really good! It's great because it's something you've had a lot of experience with, but it's sort of a struggle so you can definitely relate it to everyday things in life. Yeah, I've moved plenty of times! Before, I used to think it was fun because it was a change and a new neighborhood, but now I'm kinda sick of it because I wouldn't want to have to get used to a new room and I just really hate unpacking and packing boxes and making like a bunch of trips back and fourth.. I only moved out of state once and that was when I was like a baby. I was born in Boston and then moved to R.I., and then moved a bunch of times from there. Yeah, last weekend was definitely a lot of fun for me! I hope I'll be able to go to Orange Leaf with them again soon (: aww, good luck on the test for the school, i know you'll do great girl! go in there confident yeah, i'm kind of jealous that my friend won the tickets and he chose my best friend to go with him but i mean he's much closer with her than me so it's obviously understandable. i just wish it was me who won the tickets haha they're so hard to get! you're sooo lucky you've been to all those concerts! those are all concerts i would love to go to<3 the concerts I'm hoping to go to now is justin bieber obviously, one direction, selena gomez, demi lovato, and taylor swift<3 i obviously wouldn't be able to go see them all, but those are the ones I'm interested in! aww, that stinks that you have to pay for your own texting.. :'/ I'm so grateful that my parents pay for at least that.. I wouldn't know what i would do if I didn't have unlimited texting. But in all honesty, I think when a parent makes a kid pay for something like that like texting and such, it makes them more responsible and humble as opposed to someone who gets everything handed to them. For example, now that all my friends and I are sixteen and most of us have our permit or license, a few of my friends are getting cars. I have three friends who now have cars and their parents just paid for the whole thing and they don't have jobs.. I'm not saying that makes them a terrible person, but me personally.. I would feel guilty having my parents HAND me a car rather than having me work for it and I feel so proud to say that I could pay for at least half of it, if not the whole thing. That's just how I am haha By the way, I went to U.R.I. today, I actually took my friend with me too! (: Oh my gosh, it was so much fun. The tour was so much longer than I thought, it was about two hours and we got to see a LOT of things, it's huge! They say U.R.I. is a medium sized campus, then I'm like then what is a large sized campus like?! But yeah, we got to see a lot like the dorms, athletic centers, dining areas, lecture halls, labs, and such it was so cool And we got so much information and in the end they gave us free refreshments which is nice It kinda made me excited for college, but it feels weird because we're still so young, like mostly everyone on the tour was a senior and then my dad embarrasses my friend and I and goes "We got two high school juniors right here!" haha But anyways, I'm just really excited for the whole college experience (: I just have to get to high school first! URI just looks like a great place to be, they have so many great programs, and it's one of the top schools for nursing which is great! And its not too far where I can't see my parents every weekend! (: And yes, I am still taking NECAPS. We had four days so far and thank GOD this is the last week. But this week is the math portion which I am really freaking out over because math is NOT my thing, so I'm really nervous for the no calculator portion.. And then on Wednesday I have PSATs! Oh my goodness.. haha, hopefully i'll do well! i just have to be confident (: anyways, what did you do this weekend?
michipie205 on 10/13/2012 9:49:12 PM
Maggie I need your help, I'm freaking out really badly! Okay so me and my friend were talking during lunch and our crush (yes we liked the same guy but never fight about it) comes over with his buddies, and the next thing shocked me, he told my friend she should kill herself because she's usless to the world and then said I should to. The next thing I knew I slapped him. My friend was crying and he was staring at me with wide eyes, one side of his face red from my slap. The next thing I knew I told him to go to h... My friend has ADHD and OCD and I hate it when people mess with her. I grabbed my friend and toke her to the girls locker room to help her out. I want to help her so bad but she became depressed and she won't talk to anyone but me, she won't even talk to her parents! So a few days later I went up to the guy and told him I was sorry about what I did but i will never forgive him for what he did to my best friend. Now he won't stop staring at me... I'm getting scared for my friend, and upset with the boy... What do I do?

Ugh, it's so annoying how much your comments get edited! Maybe you should ask one of the mods why they keep doing that to you! Wow all those child development classes sound like so much fun that's a lot of different classes they have! aww, i'm sure your fear or presenting will start to go away once you get older, do they have public speaking classes at your school? some of my friends are in the public speaking class we have at my school and they have to present quite often obviously but they don't mind it as much. Yeah, I've actually moved quite a lot to be honesty- probably like ten times haha aww im glad you had fun and i went out with my cousins aunt and sister this weekend and it was soo much fun! oh my gosh, and the weather was absolutely perfect<3 first, we went to a grand prix in the next town over and bought 4 tickets for each of us so we each went on different rides and it was so much fun! then we went to five guys burger and fries (have you ever heard of it), it's so delicious! their burgers and fries are amazingg<3 and they also give you so much haha and for some reason they have like peanuts at your table if you want them for an appetizer or something but it's really cute and then after we went to a froyo place called orange leaf, and oh my gosh it's so cute and amazing! they have this wall where there's probably like twelve different flavors and they have like seasonal flavors which i tried like pumpkin and caramel apple, and they have so many different toppings it's awesome! so yeah overall all it was a great day<3 the best day pf the weekend. thanks, i can't wait to visit URI! are you gonna visit URI? and they actually came to my school today for a presentation! (: aw, i know that stinks that you don't have Columbus day off but it's not a big deal because it's just one day! nope, no justin bieber tickets for me! but .. my friend won them! not my best friend who i went to the mall with, but like her best friend who I'm kind of friends with , but not THAT close. to be honest though, i don't mean to sound bitter but he literally got to the mall at like 1:55 and signed up like two minutes before two, which is kind of unfair because all of us were waiting since like 11:30 and he got there in like 5 minutes and won! AND he went to a justin concert before.. oh well, i know i'm jealous haha and he's taking my best friend with him! ugh, i just wanna go to his concert so bad! anyways, yeah i really want one direction's new album but i have legit like no money and it's such a tough decision to pick between buying one direction's new album and taylor swift's haha Yeah, I heard Red, I love it! And I haven't heard the other one before but i'll check it out! honestly, i think they're releasing too many of her songs before the album releases like i already saw like four of her songs from the album release and her album hasn't even come out yet!
michipie205 on 10/9/2012 7:14:35 PM
Your child development class sounds way more fun than ours haha At least it pays off for taking the first class last year! Yeah, I'm on student council and I'm a delegate which is basically anyone who isn't on the board (like a president, VP, treasurer, etc.) but we still don't know when the first official meeting is. Aww, that school sounds so nice! Going to an all girls school must be SO different.. it would be a completely different experience but who knows you might just fall in love with it! It's definitely worth going to see it<3 Yeah, I loved the amazing Spider Man.. and especially Andrew Garfield.. he's just .. yeah<3 Aww, good luck on your presentation! Don't get too worried about it girl, I bet some other kids are just as nervous as you are. What I do when I'm about to present is think about how good I will feel when it's all over , and then halfway through my presentation I'm not worried anymore! I know you got this Aw, that coffee shop date sounds so cute! I hope you have fun I should suggest something like that for my mom, sister, and I do to haha We actually have a cute little cafe on the street we used to live on which is only a few blocks away.. it's called Julia's and i always wanted to go there for breakfast because i heard it was pretty good we have a whole bunch of little side stores, and cafes in my town aw, that get-together sounds nice as well! it's always nice to have a group of people to hang out with and you can always laugh with! yeah, i'm pretty excited for my girls' day out today it should be fun! and i'm actually going to URI next weekend, not this weekend haha but i'm excited for it believe it or not, i have a pretty busy weekend next weekend too! aww, that stinks! how come they stopped giving you guys' Columbus day off? i thought it was sort of a national holiday that everyone had to get off! that is really weird.. yeah, i hope i win the tickets hopefully there won't be too many girls at the mall haha i'm sure there will be though because it's like the mall that my whole town (and more) goes to, so i'm sure they'll notice there'll be a contest going on.. my best friend is signing up too though for it, and we promised each other that if one of us wins the tickets (it's a pair of two!) we'll give the other one ours and go together and yeah, i have quite a bit of homework this weekend. chem vocab, algebra worksheets, and history documents. but it's not too hard, just a lot, at least i have a bit more time to do it! hope you have a great weekend by the way, i know kinda random haha but are you going to get 1d's new cd when it comes out? how about taylor swift's? i'm sooo excited for them<3

* I meant that Mass was a state in New England not Connecticut haha
michipie205 on 10/5/2012 7:05:36 AM
Oh that's alright! I understand that sometimes your comment doesn't post and having schoolwork all the time doesn't make it any easier! I do the same exact thing though which is weird - i copy and paste my comment to wordpad just in case it doesn't post (: i realized i should do that right after everytime i posted a comment and i realized you didn't reply back because my comment didn't post! it's a smart idea! yeah my town's not bad woah that's weird that your county is the second richest! that's awesome! aw that volunteer program sounds like it went really well at least the kids' parents were there to help you out! did any other kids your age volunteer there? yeah , i really want to take child development .we have a child development class in my school but it's a little different than yours. they don't go to a preschool or anything - i guess they just learn about children and stuff haha and then sometimes they have to take a baby doll home and pretend it's their own child (at least that's what my friends who are taking the class have said haha) Yes, I really wish since I'm on student council again we can get homecoming running again! I actually didn't end up going to Roger Williams last weekend :'( I was so looking forward to it being my first college tour and such, and it was gonna be a great experience and come to find out RWU doesn't even offer medicine.. what a bummer. Oh well, I'm still going to the open house for RIC, and I'm going to set up tours for Salve Regina, PC, and URI. I am going to URI next weekend with my friend and my family so that should be pretty fun! Oh my gosh , that's weird you have a $2 theater that's down the street from you too?! how come you never told me? i thought only we had that haha i hope you liked the movie as much as i did! oh my gosh, your weekend sounds like so much fun! i hope this week gets better for you do you guys take NECAPS in connecticut? because i know that massachusetts take m-cast either though it's a state in connecticut but here in rhode island we take NECAPS. So for juniors, NECAPS started yesterday and today. Then we take another portion next Wednesday and Thursday, another portion the Monday and Tuesday after, and the next day we take PSATS! So much testing.. this is going to be a crazy year haha But today we actually finished the writing portion of it and it actually wasn't that bad! I hope the rest of the test isn't bad! I heard the science NECAPS in the spring are really tough.. Science is usually my best subject so we'll see how that goes. Anyways, what are you going to do this three day weekend? Last weekend my day out with my cousins and aunt got postponed to this weekend because it was raining all weekend so we couldn't go to the bumper carts. So I'm going to go out with them on Saturday which should be fun And then other than church Sunday I don't think I have anything planned. On Monday, I'm going to the mall and I'm especially excited because a local radio station that I listen to all the time is going to my local mall, to hold a contest for people to win Justin Bieber tickets I'm so excited!

Hello Yes, I'm from England and nope thats not me in the icon, it's vanessa hudgens
cindydream on 10/1/2012 1:45:59 PM
Yeah, I feel the same exact way! Like I feel like to live a state or two away from home would be a cool experience, because i would finally feel really independent and such, but after about a month - I would just wanna go back home and hug my mom haha. Aww, that stinks. Do you live in the capital? It's generally, if you live in the capital/downtown area things tend to be a bit more expensive. I would say where I live , - it's about 10 minutes away from the capital like before go there all the time but where I live is a pretty suburban area and we got all the necessities over here. Like all the people in my town know everyone and know where everything is, and it's a nice little place to grow up I would say. Almost all the kids growing up over here, participate in either the town's recreational football team, softball team, cheer leading team, baseball team, soccer team, or dance. But anywaysss, I know that's so funny we have PSATS the same day! I'm pretty sure if we have the exam the same day, probably all of New England has it the same day unless that's just a really weird coincidence. Oh that new volunteer program you're doing sounds pretty cool! That's so cool that you're participating in so many different programs/activities! You're definitely going to be thankful for that once applying for colleges comes around, because they're definitely going to be looking for that! I'm so good/patient with little kids, because my philosophy is when I'm around them I start to act like them and relate to them and such so that's why I think it's so fun to be around them and everything but I'm not sure how it would be for kids with disabilities because I feel like I couldn't handle that responsibility haha Yeah I'm pretty excited for tomorrow Since it's supposed to rain tomorrow, I think we're just going to go to the movies instead- we might see that new movie Hotel Transylvania! I only wanna see it because Selena's in it haha I'm not entirely sure if we're having a homecoming. Homecoming is usually not that popular at my school, I know we had one when I was a freshman but I know not too many people bought tickets I'm not even sure if there was one last year haha But I honestly think we're having one this year because I keep hearing everyone talk about it and are excited for it so I really hope we do! It's one of those high school events you always look forward to , so if we do I want to go<3 So yeah, this Sunday I'm going to the open house for Roger Williams, which I'm pretty excited for And then next month, I'm going to the open house for Providence College! What are you doing this weekend?
michipie205 on 9/28/2012 8:35:50 PM
oh gosh my weekend just flew by (and obviously that's not a good thing). i had to take this hunter's education class both saturday and sunday from 11am-3pm. it was supposed to go to 5, but the guy let us out early! my dad, brother, and i all went through it to get our hunting liscences (my dad already has one, he just wanted to get a new one). it wasn't too bad. luckily i had zero homework this weekend, so it all worked out! we had to take the 100 question test today and had to at least get 80 right to pass. i got a 98! anyway, sorry that i haven't been on for a few days! school is consuming my life;)
myfatsquirrel on 9/23/2012 8:17:42 PM
Yeah, I think our college fair is in the spring too! Ours is mostly aimed for juniors though, although they invite all the seniors who are undecided for colleges. But it's definitely great that we're starting to decide about where we wanna go now Taking college tours and going to open houses , definitely helps be informed and helps our decision! I definitely want to stay in New England too, but I'm almost positive I want to stay in Rhode Island. I think we have a lot of great schools here and especially for the field I want to go in. I also want to be away from home, but not TOO far away where I become home sick. That's definitely a good idea on getting started for babysitting! I can always post my ad in the local newspaper, I'd have to contact someone on how to get that situated or I could always hand out flyers at our local Y or Boys and Girls Club. The only thing is I don't want them to think I'm trying to take their business away haha That's so ironic we have our Psats the same day! How weird haha That Future Teachers of America program sounds like such a great opportunity It's definitely great to do something that involves something you want to go to college for because it looks great on college applications! That's one of the reasons why I volunteered at the hospital over the summer, because I want to go into pediatrics, so I thought it was fitting that I volunteered at a hospital! That sweet 16 sounds exciting, let me know how it goes The last sweet sixteen I got invited to is on November 3rd. So that one is then, my best friend's sweet sixteen is the weekend after Thanksgiving, and my classmates sweet sixteen is December 2nd! All relatively close! The only thing about sucks is that, I don't have a dress for every occasion but I don't want to go shopping for a new dress so I'm just wondering if I should just wear the same one.. Unfortunately my school lost the football game! We went against the number one football team in the state, soo.. haha But it wasn't a bad game, there's definitely a lot of people there though! I swear, if you go to a football game for my school you see absolutely everyone on this planet xD Yeah, our Thanksgiving game is pretty big too I didn't go last year though because I didn't go to school that day since I was sick. Usually the game is the same day as our pep rally! Yeah, I'm pretty excited for my road test! Have you been out driving a lot? On Friday, I went to the football game. Saturday, I cleaned the house for my family, I had to go to the doctor's again :/ and I ran a bunch of errands with my dad so it was pretty boring. Today, I went to church, went driving with my dad and had to catch up on all the work I missed.. So this weekend wasn't too exciting. But I'm really looking forward to next weekend because my aunt is taking me, my sister, and my cousins out for a girls' day out-we're going to go go-cart riding, out for lunch, and then froyo!<3 It's this little thing we do every season with us girls, so we'll do something in the fall, then in the winter, spring, and summer! Anyways, what did you do this weekend? Hope it was fun! By the way, do you have a homecoming?
michipie205 on 9/23/2012 5:13:33 PM
I'm actually really excited to start my college search I went to a college fair in my town yesterday and there were over a hundred different schools there, it was so crowded! But it was also awesome because I got to talk to people representing different schools I was interested in going to, I got information packets on them, and I also learned about some new schools that I never heard of before! So I'm going to go to a few open houses this year and tours at the colleges Did you say you took a tour of Roger Williams University? That's one of the colleges I learned about and I want to go to the open house they have over there! It's probably about thirty minutes from my house which is really debatable whether it's worth it to live on campus or not. But anyways, do you have any college fairs anywhere you live? I'm really excited to babysit but I haven't got a clue on how to start. Do you have any suggestions on how to start asking people whether they'd be interested in my services? Burlington Coat Factory is definitely worth going to I get everything there. Winter coats, bathing suits, shoes, clothes, everything! Yeah it is definitely a great thing that the SAT Prep after school is free, that's definitely something to take advantage of And my PSATS are in October too! I just found out from my advisor today that they are on October 17th! I'm so glad I finally have some information about it! And my school actually gives out waivers to people for the SATS and PSATS , so instead of like $50, it ends up coming about $13 they said which is awesome Oh! And I signed up for student council at my school today. I'm pretty excited for it because a lot of my friends are doing it , AND it's so good because it's an in school club meaning that all the meetings are during our advisory period, so it won't interfere with my sports after school which is a great thing! Other than student council, indoor track, and softball, I want to be a part of DECA. It's this program at my school where students get to run the school store before, during lunch, or after school and it's a great way where you learn how to manage money and such and you also get to go on these cool field trips and stuff so it's pretty cool Are you in any clubs/activities at school? Aw, the pre-school class sounds like it went great! Mia and Sophie sound like such adorable little girls, it seems like something I would love<3 I hope you continue to enjoy it and tell me all about it! When is the sweet sixteen that you're going to? It's kinda ironic cause last time I told you I got invited to two sweet sixteens and then I got invited to another one of my classmates' sweet sixteen It should be pretty fun though, I'm looking forward to it, I just love dressing up and being with my friends! Aw, I hope the history class gets better for you! You deserve to be in honors class! It stinks that you have to put up with the people in your class just because you were put in there by mistake! And yes, we did get that storm! Ours doesn't sound as severe as yours, but it was pretty bad! I couldn't sleep at night which made me really mad and cranky but at least we're safe I'm not going to school tomorrow because I have an important doctor's appointment in the morning and by the time I get out it will already be like 11:30 and I'm not sure if they will let us in after that time. But I don't mind too much because today during school I went to all my teachers to ask them for any work that I needed to complete while I was absent so I wouldn't fall behind come Monday morning! I hate being sooo behind after you miss one day of school! Oh and I'm going to my school's football game tomorrow! It's one of the biggest games of the year, so it should be pretty exciting! Do you have big football games at your school? Oh, and I know kinda random and did I tell you that I rescheduled my road test for October 4th? It used to be September 10th, but then I wanted to give myself a little more time so I rescheduled it for the next month I'm so excited for it though now because four of my friends have passed it in the past two weeks and they all said it was extremely easy and now they have their license so that just give some more hope that I'm going to pass!
michipie205 on 9/20/2012 7:31:09 PM
what is the book about? oh my teachers are pretty good this year. i love my math teacher! she's hilarious and she picks on these two sophomores since they r the only ones in my geometry class. sooo funny! my physics teacher is pretty funny himself (even though i don't like physics). my least favorite teacher is either my spanish teacher or my english teacher. my spanish teacher kind of creeps me out but my english teacher can be really mean sometimes. idk. in the end, it's all evened out;)
myfatsquirrel on 9/18/2012 8:20:20 PM
I feel like we haven't talked in like over a week which is kinda a long time haha I definitely agree with the job thing. I was definitely thinking about getting a job my senior year too. I feel like senior year is more laid back in a sense because you basically have most/all of th credits and requirements you need to graduate so you have less time and such. At least I hope it goes that way<3 This senior who graduated last year from my school works at the local stop n shop and she gave me advice on finding a job, she said since i was going to be a junior AND I take AS/AP classes , in her opinion its definitely better to find a job when you're a senior because you know how to manage your time better. so i definitely kept that in mind , and i think im definitely going to babysit! i absolutely love being around little kids and my aunts/uncles ask me to babysit my cousins from time to time so i know its gonna be a perfect job for me i was supposed to babysit the three little kids that live across the street from me , but they never got back to me about that so im assuming they didnt want me to or they found someone else :'( oh well, hopefully i can find someone else to babysit, i really wanna make some money haha i definitely embrace my curly hair , its fun to play with and such , even if its a little hard to maintain at times i know some people would love to have curly hair (just as much as i would like to have straight - at least temporarily haha) so i definitely like it (: aw, i feel that way too at times! like after the first few weeks of school im like ugh now i have to start wearing the same clothes over again xD but definitely if you make a few extra bucks hit up burlington coat factory if you have one near you (they have THE BEST clothes for REALLY good prices) tj maxx, or jcpenny! those are all really great priced stores. i dont understand that either! a lot of people have these crazy blown out parties , and im just like how the heck do you afford all that?! i know when i had my quineanera last summer , my parents did spend quite a bit on it but it with the help of having the party at my uncles house, and having my family members cook food, the party couldnt have costed more than $1000-$1200, but im still really appreciative for the party its a night ill always remember! yeah, im really sad i no longer have sat prep but im so fortunate for the sat prep program we have after school im just like YES. and there's so many preparation classes for it you can find in your community, or online or you even buy a big sat prep book (like my mom's friend let me borrow) and study from that have you taken the psat's yet? i need to take them this fall! aww , yay pre-school starts tomorrow! that has to be A LOT of fun! let me know how that goes , that seems like such a fun experience! omg that seems like such a fun sweet sixteen , have fun! i actually just got invite to two sweet sixteens too haha one is for my best friend, she's turning 16 a few days before thanksgiving so she's gonna have a fall-themed sweet in november which i'm really looking forward to and then like a WEEK later, i'm going to a sweet sixteen for my classmate , a BUNCH of people from the entire junior class is going so it should be exciting , the party is at a hall and everything! anyways , enough of me rambling how've you been? have your classes gotten any better? how are you enjoying your new laptop?
michipie205 on 9/17/2012 6:58:16 PM
Well he's been handled! Infact if he gets reported one more time he could get excpelled. He's stopped hugging me and he only talks to me a few times, so I think I'm free now! I was getting really tired of him, and I'm also a germaphobe so it always freaked me out when he touched me!
peaceandlove1010 on 9/13/2012 10:34:03 PM
It is a little scary to think that we're getting so close to being out of grade school. But you just gotta think about the positives. We still have this whole year and another year , filed with great memories and laughs and fun times with our friends and even though it's gonna be a lot of work we just have to make the best out of it because it's all gonna be worth it in the end Oh my gosh, that sounds so stressful! That's awesome that she's making a lot of money but see I wouldn't be able to handle all that hours. Having a job is a great responsibility but I want to make sure I'll be able to handle it at the same time. Of course, school comes first. And then for me, it sports. So between that, sports, social life, I want something low key- but I'm still looking (: I'm seriously thinking about asking around to see if anyone needs a babysitter , because that would be a great thing for me! You're so lucky you have naturally straight hair! I have naturally curly hair but I straighten it from time to time , but in the hot weather , or rainy weather it frizzes up so fast - so keeping it natural is soooo easy , but I have to maintain it! Having naturally straight hair just seems so easy! Yeah , jcpenny is basically where I always go to get cheap deals and where I go for my back to school shopping And plus , my mom always gets coupons and rewards cards in the mail , so we always get extra good deals! I don't know how everyone gets so tan over the summer! I mean ,I get tan but it's not like I go to the beach every single day , so I'm not like tan head to toe! They're so lucky! Okay , so I got switched into the AP history class Which is a good thing , because that's what I wanted but unfortunately because I could only take that class during third period , my Spanish class had to be switched , which is not a big deal because I still have Spanish and I have my Spanish teacher from last year , who I LOVED she is so funny and nice , and her class is so easy! The only thing I'm really mad about is now I don't have SAT prep anymore because it was only available during two periods , and I can't switch those classes so now I have to take Law and Society to fill that space instead of SAT prep :/ But I talked to my guidance counselor and she gave me this SAT prep which would help study , and my school offers free SAT prep classes after school for an hour on Mondays which is really good for my schedule So I'm glad I can still take that! You should see if your community has any local SAT prep classes- if not go to collegeboard.org. My SAT prep teacher told us about it , they have a BUNCH of practice exams which really help you , and you can also buy like SAT prep books and CDs on there and stuff so you should definitely check it out! It always tells you about all the test dates (: That pre-school class sounds like so much fun! I would definitely want to take a class like that I love being around little kids, they're just so joyful , and its so much fun! I hope you enjoy it<3
michipie205 on 9/13/2012 6:03:03 PM
I actually got a pretzel from the snack shack yesterday. It's a miracle! Lol anyway, the book I think has to be fiction, but luckily we get to choose what we want to read. It has to at least be 200 pages, which isn't hard for me

we have awesome fries too! lol our school said they were going to "go healthy," but instead of getting healthier foods, they decide to starve us. the UP side of it all is the Snack Shack. they sell pretzels and slushies and stuff, but since i have C lunch, almost all of the pretzels r gone by then yeah i pack a lot. all throughout 6-8th grade, i only bought about 4 times..OK besides lunch, everything is going great! i don't have too much homework, but i hav a math project due by the end of the week and a book report due by the 28th and i still need to read the book! UGH! i was busy all weekend! at least i have early release one day this week (sigh)

Maggie...He got a girlfriend. He told me loved me! I don't even know why I'm so upset over this. I just am. I told him I didn't like him and I don't but maybe I do! I don't know! What should I do? I feel like the girl in that song taken by 1D! I don't know what to think...
LLL328 on 9/8/2012 9:39:38 AM
Thanks for the advice Maggie! You're the best! And I'll make sure none of us hit him, although its starting to get very tempting, but we won't! And Again Thanks so much!

10:16?! Holy cow! That's really early! I'm with ur sis on that one. Yeah it stinks to hav to eat late, but that IS almost too early. My brother is in 5th grade and he eats at 11 something. Omg the lunch at school STINKS! Today was a chicken wrap. On the menu it said u would get a tortilla, salsa, corn, lettuce, cheese, and chicken. My friend bought and all they gave her was a huge tortilla with a cup of cold cheese and the worlds smallest 3 chicken strips. Glad I packed

Aw,I'm sorry to hear that you don't really like your new classes :/ But just try to block it out girlie , you can do it<3 I know you're smart, so just focusing on doing your best and just block everybody out so glad to hear the parade went well! it sounds like so much fun and aw, that's good that your family's been friends with them for a long time , it just sounds like a great, fun, group of people to be around<3 well in my school's curriculum, to graduate you need at least 26 credits, and one of them has to be a technology class so everybody has to have taken a technology class before graduating! i don't mind it, i'm taking computer apps and we started a little project today , and i have a good friend of mine in that class so it's not bad <3 so glad you had fun at splashdown! it sounds like such a fun place to be!<3 i know , it feels so good to be an upperclassman now! although its a little scary to think about college and all that jazz, its still an exciting, fun, moment in our lives and we need to make this a great year <3 all of my classmates last year were complaining that this was gonna suck and be dreadful but then after the first day they were like wow, i think this is gonna be a pretty good year! ha ha, so for some reason everybody's opinions completely changed! Yeah, i really hope we can both get jobs i dont know if it will be too hard for me to handle but hopefully i will find one that will be at least a little flexible with my schedule , who knows! i'm still searching! aw your first day of school outfit sounds so cute<3 i love curling my hair too! and aw you're so lucky to have sperry's , i really want a pair they're so cute! (: i actually changed my first day outfit , i wore a light wash pair of skinny jeans , this cute knotted blouse, and a pair of gladiator sandals with my hair straight <3 so i really liked my outfit! i know , the weather's gonna start getting cooler soon :'( i was outside making smores on our firepit the other night with my family , and it was kinda chilly i was sad but then again, i LOVE fall so it's not too much of a sad thing. :'( if you're looking for fall clothes, maybe you should check out marshalls, tjmaxx, or jcpenny! they have such good deals!<3 i went there the other day to buy some clothes with my giftcard i got, and i got a $5 shirt, a $7 shirt, a $3 pair of shorts, and a four pair of sweatpants! so they had an awesome clearance rack! okay NOW on to my first day of school!(haha, i was saving the best for last!) so to my surprise, i actually had a very good first day of school! got to see all my friends again of course haha, even though i've seen them way too much over the summer some of them looked like they've been living on the jershey shore over the summer because they were super tan! first period, i had computer apps , and i really like that class like i said (: second period , i had chemistry and once again i like that class - theres 30 kids in it so basically like ALL of my friends are in the class<3 and a plus , for some reason our chemistry teacher isnt there , they didnt explain why they just said "hes gone".. dont know what that means , so have this sub we could have him for a couple months up to a year.. so who knows , but hopefully its a good , not so bad class! cause i heard chemistry's really hard! next, i had spanish 3 good class, then i had english another good class filled with my friends (: then i had history! history wasnt bad, but i only have like one friend in there and they messed up my schedule and put me in the regular class in stead of the AP one, so my teacher emailed my guidance counselor so hopefully i will be switched in the AP one by next week so the thing i love about my schedule is that i really have seven classes but we only have five classes a day (we drop two a day) so today i didnt have history and computer apps, but i had algebra 2, and sat prep which were both good so so far i think this year is gonna go pretty well! i hope it goes amazing for you too as well!

Well I'm so happy to hear that your schedule got changed At least you finally got through to them! Sometimes teachers/secretaries can be so annoying! I actually went in on Thursday (after I finished volunteering at the hospital) to change one of my classes too. It wasn't a huge deal , but i switched from CSI to Computer Apps, because I need a technology class to graduate so I figured I'd get it out of the way now and not have to worry about it when senior year rolls around. Yes, I definitely think when it comes to school having a positive attitude is the way to go Obviously school is not the most fun thing in the world but you just got to look at it with a fun attitude and things will go even better for you! Aw, I'm so happy your laptop came in! Enjoy it, it's all yours now! And I so wish I could go to that parade, it sounds like a lot of fun! Tell me how it goes afterwards Also, enjoy your day at Splashdown tomorrow, that sounds like it will be a great day! (: It'll be so great being an upperclassman now , just the freedom of not being one of the "little ones" anymore. Ha ha, it's not like a complete change but when you first come into high school you gotta admit the juniors and seniors were kind of intimidating , so it'll be nice having a little bit more of privileges now I would definitely take advantage of that free period if I were you! It's gotta be so nice finishing your homework in school , and not having to worry about it as much when you come home! I wish I had a free period! Yes, the volunteer program at the hospital was SUCH a good experience for me, I couldn't have asked for anything better. I feel like they really appreciated it, and honestly they want me to come back SO bad. I felt bad for leaving, but what can you do? It was the end of the summer. I mean, I COULD come back in the fall if I wanted to to help them out, but I'm seriously looking into getting a job for me, because I feel like I should get one. Although I really don't want to become overwhelmed with it once sports season rolls around for me, so that's definitely something to think about. It's a tough decision, but I really want an after school job so maybe if I talk to them before I apply about how I do sports in the winter and spring, they'll make my schedule a bit more flexible for me! And no, I haven't picked out my first day of school outfit yet. I'll probably pick it out Monday afternoon or night but I have been thinking about it a little. I have these cool pair of coral/light pink colored pants which are SO cute, so I was thinking of pairing that with a cute top and a pair of sandals. But I definitely have to look at the weather, because i don't want to be sweating in school! what did you wear on your first day?

What made it worse was that photo is right before lunch, so it's the longest bell of the day (about an hour in a half). Oh my school is like that too. A lot of the grades are mixed in different classes. Like my entire health class is all sophomores except for me and this other guy. Lol I did the math to find out that ur a junior. Ur in a class of ___ club. I just don't feel like thinking about what year that should be. Lol I know though XP
