yeahh okay well i dont mean to sound like snobish or anything but this is according to my friend...that im not used to waiting for guy since i always get the ones i want (becuzz i usually pick uhm weird? lol ones) and so anyway i think ive been waiting a long time for him to ask me out (its been like freaking 6 weeks which i think is a long time!) and before christmas break he told my friend lexy that he was gonna ask me out after break but...he hasnt but then after break he told lexy that he didnt know if he was gonna ask me out (he said it was becuzz hes really busy right now...hes one two basketball teams and he grades are slipping) that kinda made me mad. on friday i was with lexy (i dont have a phone so iw as using lexys) and i was texting him then all the sudden he stop texting me (i got mad since he hasnt been really talking with me much) but then the next morning he told me that he left becuzz his appendix burst! i felt so bad! anyway then he was like i dont really know you that much...like the little things so we started talking and today after school he hugged me! i just really really want him to ask me out! but im not sure he will! im sad and i dont really wanna ask him out myself haha im too scared wow that was alot haha i guess its not really a problem you can anser just sorta i dunno hahaha

I seriously have problems with this kid. I am on the sidelines watching him flirt with girl after girl (including me), and it drives me crazy! Ohh, and the worst part? He has a new girl friend!!! An eighth grader is doing this to me! It rips my broken heart out and somehow made it so I can't even crush on another guy. Reminding you that it's been almost three months. I can flirt better than ever though. I guess that's the best thing I got out of this bad situation. (I tried a bunch of new flirting tricks with him).

The only thing with me is I have no trouble giving other girls advice; it's myself that needs work! I can't even take my own advice LOL. There's this one guy who broke my heart and I can't get over himm!! We talk all of the time, so it makes it kindof hard to. And I'm sure there are plenty of other guys that I should give a chance, but I'm too starstruckk by this guy still, to know what I mean?

Hey girl! Since he knows you like him you don't wanna be to full on flirty. Since he dosent have full on feeling for you (yet you do not wanna push him. This is what I did with my crush last year ( the guy I like for like a year is now going out with my bff but don't worry I am so over him but now he's my bgf!!! Haha ) I knew the sports teams he was into ( in this case it was baseball and basketball) so when I knew of an upcomming game I would ask my dad or go online to see the score of the game, then at school I'd be like "as it sucks that the angels lost" and he would know that I new what was going on. If he had basketball practice I would ask him how it went, so on and so on. And this is funny when ever I brought cookies for my b'day or lollipops on valintunes day I always gave him extra..litle things like that and compliments can I a Long way. Since you mentioned you don't feel comferatable with him
and his sister together you may not wanna chance dating him because you don't wanna ruin your relasinship as best friends.it may be weird seeing him when your with your Bff later if things do not work out. At my school after people break up they never speak to each other hardly so if that happens to you things may get even worse but hopefully that won't happen. Just be yoursel and so him how awsome you are! Spend time with him as you useally do and things will blossom! Hope his helps merry day after Christmas!!!

Yeah, I overcame my shyness in a few years, i was sick of not being able to talk to guys without stuttering up a storm, and basically being an idiot, hahah. So what i did was talk/flirt with the less popular boys a lot and i became comfortable talking to guys. Then i started talking/flirting with the popular guys and BAMMM not so shy... Well it didn't happen that quickly, but BEING YOURSELF really helps! I used to be a different person for basically every guy I talked to, DO NOT EVER DO THAT! haha, It is a mistake.
Another tip is if you have Beautiful Person Pedisule Syndrome (like me) just be approachable with guys. (BPPS is when you are soo pretty that guys are intimidated by you and aren't sure how to approach you) Guys get just as nervous as us girls do about flirting![:
(If you are also kindof shy around other girls in your class, you might want to start there because it will be easier.)
