Hey girl! (:
If you want to bring healthier lunchs, for examples:
Instead of a bag of chips for a snack, bring fresh fruit (strawberry, grapes, kiwi..)
Instead of a hotdog or pizza slice for lunch, bring a garden salad, or a veggie sandwich!
Instead of a cupcake bring a oatmeal raisin muffin or blueberry.
Instead of pop or sugary juice, bring 100% orange or apple juice, or a bottle of water (you could add crystal light).
An ideal lunch would be; a ham or turkey samwich on whole wheat bread, with lettuce and tomato, light mayo, and maybe chopped carrots and broccoli (as a side). For dessert, a oatmeal raisin muffin, blueberry, or carrot! And, 100% apple juice!
