So, to ask your mom to get a padded bra, start by getting her alone. Maybe when you are in the car, just the two of you? Start by: "Hey mom, I need to talk to you about something. (then carry on) I was wondering if I could start wearing a padded bra. It would cover me up more, and then I wouldn't be uncomfortable at school. Maybe you could come with me to the mall sometime?" It gives a clear concise reason why you want to wear one, and then it offers her a chance to be part of your life. Same goes if you just have a dad, use the same script (just change mom out for dad). Hey chica! to bust this habit it is gonna take alot of work.first,u probably want to treat your face from all of the picking and scratching u hav done to it.I recommend Clearasil products because they get rid of facial blemishes and scars from popping and scratching at them.secondly,when you feel the urge to scratch at ur face ,keep a rubber band or something by u so u can pluck at that to take ur attention away from ur face.Hope this helps! Hola! I got you message asking for advice! If the boy's sending mixed signals it prob. just means he's confused about his feelings. Boys are ALWYAS confused... especially when it comes to girls. As for flirting... just show an intrest in his life i.e. his hobbies, ect. Maybe show up at his baseball game and tell him that he did a great job the next day at school. Hope it all works out! heyyy!! i saw your comment about trying to motivate yourself to exercise to lose weight...ive been trying to motivate myself to start exercising and what helped me was to set a goal for the day or week. like to do 20 crunches on different days...if you ever feel like you dont have anything to do, blast some upbeat music to get you pumped and just start exercising!!!! always to remember to stretch first though!! hope i helped if you ever need any ideas for stretches or exercises....im here ♥ Mariah

Hey girl! I saw your comment about workout to do inside. I do crunches/push ups/sit ups/ stretches every day in addition to harder exercises (not every day) such as swimming (do you have a rec. near you?), jogging, biking, work out dvd, or yoga. For the yoga I don't do the meditation stuff but the stretching/exercise part is great. I was happy about going to middle school then I had a nightmare about getting lost and couldn't find my locker and then couldn't get it open then when I did I was late for homeroom but then I didn't even remember who my homeroom teacher was! So I thought about going to the office to find out but then I got lost again and then the bell rang and everyone come out of there classroom so the hallway was crowded so my nightmare ended. But then everyone told me that wasn't going to happen I was excited again!

hey to answer your question... i have no idea about the publishing process, but i would look up numbers for publicists. and if it's a local thing, try to put an ad in the newspaper, or maybe put up some fliers. hope that helps!=)

Hey gal, My advice is to try to make it POP and be colorful and to make sure to have everything a girl your age likes to read about. It probably wont be as long as a professional magazine and i'd suggest you make the price range from 50 cents to 1$ depending on how many pages. Like if it's a cover and like lets say 8 pages id do like 30 cents to 50 cents but if it's more then raise it a little bit. Also try reaching out to everyone like having a article that every type of girl would like and you can try some contests, raffles, or give aways to REALLY spice it up. Hope i helped!
