hey girl ok so after the pirouette for preperation, take you leg and extend it out to the front first, then carry the leg to the side and bend it in the posse position. dont wrap it around to the back as this will throw off your balance. every dancer is different so the more you practice them the more youll be able to find that "sweet spot" for turning them.

practice practice practice, SPOT, and use your arms! make sure you are up all the way in releve and SPOT!!!! oh and did i mention you need to spot! haha its the most important way to bring you around in the turn

hello i saw about the prob about having the same symptoms like ur period but u dont hav it and i had the same prob a year b4 my period.u can get stuff like preperiod symptoms and if u get those really bad and was worse than b4 then ur period will start soon.like 2 or so weeks b4 i started my period i started 2 smell really fishy down there and it was sooo bad that i could smell it when i just went 2 the bathroom and sitting up!!!if those things dont happen in a few months then go 2 the doc and c whats wrong!!!
