hey mckenna818, There really isnt a sanitary way to swim in a pool without using a tampon. When inserted properly a tampon can be pretty comfortable. Here are some tampon myths that might be why you don't want to wear one: a tampon can get lost inside of you. This is way false. The string might be hard to find when you try to take out your tampon but the tampon will not get lost inside of you. If i use it I will get TSS (toxic shock syndrom) tampons can be used for eight hours normally. If i were you and the pool party was at a public pool i would wear a pad when I go to the pool insert a tampon right before i swim and then switch back to a pad after. Point is you don't have to wear the tampon the whole time and do not leave the tampon in for more than 8 hours. I won't be a virgin anymore. This is also way false you are inserting a tampon not having sex. it will be uncomfortable. A lot of girls think this but like i said when you insert a tampon in the right way it is pretty comfortable. if you need help on how to insert a tampon check out tampaxpearl(.com) I know you said you didnt want to use a tampon but I hope I was still able to help. Hey McKenna I love your name! Sorry I haven't commented back I've been on vacay! Some trends ive noticed is things like florals and patterns. Flowers are all over skirt, dresses, almost anything you could wear! Funky patterns are also sooo trendy! If you don't really wanna dress up too much then try a floral sundress with a Jean jacket or just plain. You can also find a cute tank or spaghetti strap shirt and wear jean shorts or a cute skirt. Oh, about the accesories... Something I REALLY like are pearls and string friendshi p bracelets. Pearls go with everything and instantly dress up an outfit. I hope this helped!!!! •sunny(:

hi girl. don't worry about your period for the first couple of years your period can be irregular (meaning it isn't always on schedule and it doesn't always happen monthly) Plus if youve lost weight recently it might be effecting it. hope i helped. let me know if there is ANYTHING else you need help with ~christine
