I need some advice. The other day I was at my friend's house, and I was texting a guy on my friend's phone cuz I don't have one, and I told him I was wearing short shorts cuz I was. Then I sent him a pic of the shorts and said "I told you I was wearing short shorts!". I sent it cuz I thought they were cute and I looked good in them. But he's kinda a perv. So I'm afraid that when I get to school on Monday (I'm on break) he's gonna ask "Why'd you send me a picture of your crotch?" and that he think I have a crush on him. I definitely do not, but I do mess around with him that might register as flirting. I don't know what to do! Can you please put your answer on my profile? Thanks so much!!

Okay well i really need some help on this, first of all hi. and like what happened is my crush claude if the sweetest guy ever to me. He's really cute and sweet and funny and smart and just the PERFECT guy for me so i had my friend write a note for me(so he wouldnt recognize the handwriting) to put in his locker that said
Hey _____ i really like you and im afraid to tell you because i dont want to be made fun of by you or you or your friends. so there. i just figured you should know. and i hope after all of this is over we can still be friends. and like he flirts with me and everything and i still havent told him that i wrote the note but like i wrote him a note in social studies that said i need to talk to you at recess and then when recess came he was playing basketball and he even looked at me while he was shooting a basket for the game called lightning, and i waved for him to come over and he ignored me and kept playing, and like now i dont know what to say to him. people say to tell him i wrote the note and tht if he doesnt like me he will say it in the nicest way possible and i know its true but if he wont listen then what do i do???? cuz i wanna ask him out but i am starting to think i should tell him i wrote the note, then if he likes me back wait for him to come to me because every single relationship i have been in that i asked the guy out, l8er he would break up with me... so please help me?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

So I have a question about how to get a guy I have never even met before. I have a crush on this dude named John and I don't even know him, but all my best friends do. My best friend last year was in his class the year before that and my two best friends this year were in his class last year. Also my one best friend this year, her cousin is my crushes best friend! This is crazy. Another thing is he is taller than me which is a huge bonus because we are in 6th grade and im 5'6 and he is 5'9! I'm tired of dating people shorter than me. And here is something you should know. I hate walking up to people and knowing them and saying "Hi" and starting to talk to them.

Okay. So i am 13 yrs old, and i still haven't gotten my 1st period. ALL my friends have theirs. I have discharge (for about 2 years now!) i think some spotting, pubic hair since gr.4, (im in gr 8 now)And i was just wondering, do you think it's going to come soon? Hey!! I saw your post about giving advice, so i thought I'd ask for some!

There's this guy I really like a lot. The thing is, next year he's going to be a foreign exchange student in Iceland! School is out for me, and he wasn't here the last day (yesterday) so I never got to say good-bye to him. He works at a restaurant in town, so I saw him there Saturday and we said hello, but obviously, he was working and I was eating, so we really didn't talk much except for greetings and salutations, and I didn't know he wouldn't be at school for the last day. What do I do? I think he might like me back... but he’s leaving in less than three months! I can’t really text him, cos I don’t know if he still has my number from earlier in the year around Homecoming when we exchanged them, cos we kinda had a moment there... but it faded and he got a girlfriend over Christmas, and deleted me off facebook. We've been talking recently though, and he readded me Sunday... and I noticed it said he's single! Should I try to chat him up on FB? What should I say?

singhopedance - everyone gets nervous trying tampons for the first time. but don't worry. once you get used to it, its a breeze!!! (if you aren't on your period yet, you can practice, but dont leave it in for too long) Make sure you are in a comfortable position. i like to stand and put one foot on the toilet. then, this may sound weird, but look down there at your vagina to see where its going. there is an opening towards the back where you insert it. just slide it in, and make sure to read the directions before you do it, because different tampons could vary. I hope this helps you! and dont be scared!
