Okay, finally getting back to you! Not sure if you already know about this from the articles you've read, but it's a good idea to always have something with you to do with your hands. If you're at home, it could be any random, squishy thing. I've used these squishy spiky balls that I got at Walgreens, the kind that you can turn inside out (idk how else to describe it). If you're going to be out and about, you could use a spinner ring- you can get ones with cute little designs on them You could just Google spinner rings and see what comes up I've also found that exercising often helps with keeping from pulling. As for growing back, unless you pull for a REALLY long time (10-20 years), they'll grow back. I pulled for two years, and everything grew back for me- but it's not quite as thick as it used to be. It still looks perfectly fine, though. Scalp hair will take the longest to grow back, but it WILL grow back. If you have any other questions, ask me

Hi! My name is Lydia and I just recently saw your post on hair pulling. I have been pulling out my eyelashes for 4 years on/off. Hey girl!
I read your comment about what it feels like to hae your period, and if you should auttomatically put in a tampon.
I started mine yesterday night, and I myself had no cramps, but if you've had discharge, it feels like a really heavy discharge. At lease mine did, and I had a lot of blood. I logged onto this website and got help. After that, I got a pad my mom got me from a little while ago, and emailed her in the morning. She bought me tampons just now. Good luck!

it would probably help me if i hung out with boys but I don't and I have two younger sisters so really I wouldn't be good at writing in their perspective! I think writing every other chapter would be good! It would keep it interesting. I'm not really writing anything right now, I think I'm putting off that one story for now it really just frustrates me beyond any sensibility. Maybe I'll come up with something else soon, I'll let you know! I'd love to read some of your work sometime!

I really wanted to start to write a story with first point perspective in a boys view but I agree, it's hard! They always end up sounding more like a girl than a boy lol, I'm just no good with telling what a boy would be/is thinking!

So your uhhh, like 5'8"? Cause that's not short, but its closer to tall. The thing with basketball is i hate it. Everyone expects me to play because of my height. At school I have probably gotten asked to play more than 10 times. And they have also tried to force me, and they even gave me a special advantage to play..if I played, they'd give me easy days and hard days and they'd monitor how much pain I'd be in. Cause being this tall has its pains, and lots of them. But I don't think I'm model status, not in the least. But being tall does have its advantages. If you like being the center of attention sometimes, that's all you get haha. Lots of people wonder how tall I am and my dad and my whole family. Were all tall, except my mom. And if you really want to be taller, you could wear high heels. And, your still growing, so am I(:/). How tall are your parents? And if you have any siblings, how tall are they?

Hey! Thanks for posting. I'm so sorry ur in this tough situation. If i were you i would just try to talk to "Jake" a little more often then normal. Don't over do it. Be casual but confident. i know i sound like a corny magazine but guys definitely notice a girl's confidence and how they carry themselves. Try small things to get him to notice u. give him small compliments. if he's on a sport team and they win or something congratulate him(guys like when girls notice) As for "Angela", if ur close friends, talk to her about the problem. If she doesn't like him too much maybe she'll understand. If she is really popular, she might even be able to help ur situation. I hope my advice helps. If its a no-go tell me and i'll ask all my friends 4 their advice too. Thank u for commenting again.
