well, you should find out what kind of wedding it is going to be. is it going to be really formal, is it going to be outside, and stuff like that. are you going to be in the wedding or are you just going? if your going to be in it, then go with what Soccer*Sam said. you could also try looking up dresses on google or bridal stores that you already know and look at their website. then once you find one you like, you should go to the staors and try it on or get it fitted but idk if you have to do that if your just gonna be in the wedding. if your just going to be watching, still look formal, but you don't have to go through as much trouble as you would if you are going to be in the wedding. i hope that i helped with your problem!

Hey, I saw your comment about the wedding outfit. My bro is getting married next month, and I just got my dress. Mine's red, and about knee length. it' technically strapless, but it has halter straps anyway. I got mine at David's Bridal, but you should also try Kohl's, Ross, and other stores like that for a cheaper alternative. I got mine cheap for about $80. It was on clearance, but I think it's gorgeous. Try looking for nice dresses, but not anything like a prom gown. Ask a sales associate for help too. Hope I helped.
