Hey girl I read about your situation with your crush and the phone call. A similar thing happend to me once. I liked this guy and his friends found out and they took his phone and started texting me trying to pretend to be him. If I was you I wouldn't talk to him till after break ends and maybe talk to him in person about what happend. Good luck

Hey girl! Dancing and any exercising actually helps cramps, so don't shy away from physical activity when you have your period. There are some other things you can try, as well. You can use a heating pad. If it's really bad, you can take over-the-counter medicine, like Tylenol or Advil. As for going to your friend's house, you could always tell her the truth. But if that makes you feel embarrassed, just try telling her that your mom wants you home early. You could always consider trying tampons so you could swim, though. Good luck! ~Shannon

i'm worried cuz in a month or two i'm having my dance recital and my teachers treat my class like babies. even tho we're older, they still make us have a dress code and for the recital we change with the 3-yr-olds. anyway, i've started wearing a padded bra and the yrs b4 i just hid in a corner. but this year i don't know what to do cuz the costumes r not padded and it'd look gross. plus my flat friend, undeveloped yr-younger sis, and annoying-about-puberty friend are in my dance class and will see me with a bra or without!! plus all the little kids stare! should i get a strapless bra or wear no bra at all? answer on my profile plz! gosh i hope u can give me good advice the mods can't.. A: i WOULD SAY TO WEAR A STRAPLESS BRA!!!
