Hi! Sorry for the late reply, I posted a comment earlier and it didn't show up!
To get back into running, I would say ease into it by not pushing yourself too hard at first. Start by running 1/2 mile to a mile on a treadmill or in a flat area of your neighborhood for a week. Be sure to first warm up (for 5 mins.), then stretch before and after running. Also, eat runner-friendly foods such as pasta and lots of fruits and veggies! After one week, increase the amount of time you run for or how many miles. When things get easy, raise the bar again!

yeah fall break was amazing(: we have 1 week of fall break, 1 week of spring break, and 2 weeks of winterbreak, and like 5 days off for thanksgiving things are going good... im in a tournament this weekend! we won our 1st game last night 2-0 and we have 1 today and 2 tomorrow!!!

Yeah, as much as I hate having them divorced I'm glad they're not fighting anymore. They would usually fight at night and it would always keep me up. My mom cried a lot too. I hate when they pretend everythings okay when you know it's not.
I'm a little excited for school. I'm going to middle school, so hopefully it'll be really fun!

Right now, it's more of a separation. They're still legally married, but live at separate houses, so it's pretty much like a divorce. I've known since the end of April, so it's been a little over 3 months. I've known for a while, but I'm still getting used to it. They separated because they just weren't happy around each other. They were always fighting, and it made everyone unhappy. It's difficult, but I know I'll find a way through.

hey! I was just looking at the christiangirlsclub page, and saw that you had posted that your parents were getting a divorce and that it was a very tough time for you.
I just wanted to say that I'm going through the same thing, and I know how hard it is. None of my friends have divorced parents, so I can talk to them about it, but they don't completely understand.
I know this is really random, but I wanted to say thank you for letting me know I'm not the only girl out there going through this. (Hey, if we're going to be miserable, we might as well be miserable together, right?)

I haven't been up to much...but my dads getting married July 31 so at his house it seems like that's all we're ever talking about. I'm not that excited..cuz I don't really like my step-mom-to-be. Like she's alright...but he couldve done a lot better. Oh well...I guess thats the way it goes sometimes.
And ten a few weeks after that.,I'm going to Chicago! It will be awesome. (: and okay so like august 23 I have to get my wisdom teeth pulled out. And our school band gets to march at the state fair. Which is a week after I get my teeth pulled. And I play tuba...so my mom said I can't go! I'm so mad. Cuz we're doing really good songs this year. The blues boys songs. (: haha. Cuz that's our theme this year. And then after all that stuff...it's back to school! Yay. Not really tho.

I had to get four teeth pulled. You can't even feel it because they numb your mouth. The numbness bothers me afterwards, not because it hurts but just because it annoys me. It might be a little sore afterwards but it shouldn't hurt very bad.

I saw your question about going to the ortho.
If there is too much crowding, you might have to get your teeth pulled. It's really not that bad though. I've been going to the ortho for about 4 years now & it's really not that bad. When you're done, your teeth will look great & it's totally worth it! My teeth used to look absolutely terrible but my braces fixed them, so I love braces. Haha!

That's the exact thing with me too! Weird. But like with my dad..he doest listen at all. He favors my sister. Plus..he cheated on my mom. Which doesn't help the situation at all. And your right about the whole God/divorce thing. In 1 Corinthians chapter 7 it tells you abou all these rules for people like when there dating..and how you should stay pure. The reason I know that is cuz we studied it for Bible quizzing this past year. Anyway..my whole point is is that the summary of that chapter is that if your married and things aren't working..you should try to work it out. But if things done work out..you can split up. But then it says that you houldnt get remarried. You should check that to make sure. Haha. So...yeah. Story of my life. Oh! Sorry this is totAlly random. But if you like to read..I would suggest reading "Just Listen" by Sarah Dessen. It is a GREAT book! I read it in two days. And I'm a slow reader. That's how good it is. (: but that's weird that were going through like the same exact thing. Haha.

At my school, we had to sign up for our classes in January! But my school is HUGE, so I guess there's a bunch of scheduling issues and stuff. I'm taking AP European History, Biology, English II, Geometry, Advanced Algebra, French III, Journalism I, Creative Writing, Gym, and...Driver's Ed! Eeeep! I'm soooo nervous for that class! I've only driven once, and that was in my friend's pick up truck in the church parking lot. My worst fear is that I'll crash with an instructor in the car, lol. I get my permit sometime next month. I'm so scared! Hahah.
I leave tomorrow morning for my mission trip! I'm so excited!! (:

Don't be nervous! The only time you're going to get lost (if you even do) will be during the first few days of school, when the teachers will be more lenient and understanding, especially because you'll be new. In my opinion, high school is so much better than middle school...there's a lot more freedom. My school does block scheduling, so we only have 4 classes a semester, which makes it so much easier. What about your school? What electives are you doing?

There's tons of workouts you can do! Have a balance of cardio and strength for maxiumum results. Get some good ones at Fitness Magazine and Shape Magazines site. And here is a quick cardio interval routine you can try;

Walk 3 minutes (warm-up)
Jog 1 minute
Walk 2 minutes
Jog 1 minute
Walk 1 minute
Jog 1 minute
Walk 1 minute
Run 1 minute, alternating run/walk or run/jog (depending on your level) intervals for 12 minutes -- that's six sprints total.
Jog 1 minute
Walk 1 minute
Jog 1 minute
Walk 1 minute
Jog 1 minute
Walk 3 minutes
APPROX. Calories burned: 188 (walk/run), 215 (jog/run)
