hey im a Christain too. im baptist. i love your avatar and all your fav quotes. i think that is so cool that you live in alaske. i live on Long Island. my curch just moved locations so we have this awesome nice new building. we just had VBS last week and i helped out and starting this sunday i am helping out with our junior church. its like sunday school for summer time. a friend of mine at my church who is 2 years older than me(going into 10th grade) just got hit by a car while out for a jog on friday night. his leg is shattered, broken nose, eye out of its socket, and i think other broken bones. he is still in intensive care. tomorrow i am going up to the hospital to see him. my other friend went to see him monday and she told me he just had another surgery on his leg last night. please please pray for him ad his family. he was supposed to go on the missions trip to the bahammas with the other high schoolers at my church next week, but obviuosly he cant. but my friend said when she saw him he was so thankful to be alive. so again please keep him and his family in your prayers. thanks

I will pray for you to be able to go on a mission someday! My family is in a tight spot financially as well right now. But thankfully I received tons of both financial and prayer support from family, friends, and other members of the church because I sent out letters letting them know what my church is doing and asking them to prayerfully consider supporting me and the team. I raised enough money to pay for another team member to come, since they couldn't afford it themselves. God is so great and generous! I don't think my church believes in that. Our main thing is going to make disciples of all nations. What grade are you going into this year? <3

my camp theme this year was "big". we mainly learned how big God is, and how small we are, and that His love for us is so huge. but really..i mean the biggest star that any scientist has ever found...is huge. and then at that scale, the sun is invisible. and that's the sun! just think about how small we are if the sun is invisible! just so amazing that God would give his only son to die on a cross so that our sins can be forgiven. that just amazes me. that He would do that for something invisible compared to the biggest star in the universe. absolutely amazing. also...one of my friends that was a grade ahead of me died...he was shot. so could you please pray for his family and friends. (: thanks.

for my camp we had three classes every day-sports or craft classes. they were actually really fun. and then we had two hours of free time every day...which for me was usually spent at the hitching post (where you can get like snacks) or playing carpet ball. have you ever played? if you haven't...it's like there's this table type thing..and then you and another person set up three pool balls. and then you try to knock there's down before the knock yours down. super fun. (:
chapel services were definetly the best for me too. we had chapel twice a day...and like the band we had was from spring arbor university...in michigan. they were absolutely amazing. like...words cannot explain how touching chapel was. that's about it....i think. oh yeah...i met this guy there that i kinda started to like..but i don't think he liked me. plus..he's from kansas..so it never woulda worked. haha.
PLEASE PRAY FOR MY FRIEND THAT JUST GRADUATED. she woke up this morning and found her dad dead in the living room. PLEASE PRAY!!!

I'm back from camp! ((: I had an absolutely amazing time! I was lucky enough to be inthe same cabin with the girls I met last year..and it was really good to be able to see them! And chapel services were amazing! You don't even know how much I cried! But it was just so awesome. Like you coul literally feel God there. it was just absolutely amazing. Words can't explain how awesome it was.. (: now we can compare! Write on my page and then I'll write on yours! Remeber: you are God's masterpiece...ad he made you just how he wanted you to be! (:

for me the best part was that they trusted us so much more..like we were trusted in 8th grade but in high school you get more freedom...like guy drama..idk about you but all my friends became boy crazy and its easy to get caught up in it and forget about your grades not to mention i got really distracted and slipped away from God because i got so caught up in it..and i cant even date..its rele easy to do..but if you train urself to ignore it its a piece of cake

I totally understand about the leaving middle school feelings. I had them last year. My freshman year has been one of the worst and best years of my life. Its crazy stressful as far as drama goes, but then you get to meet so many new people. Its really a good switch. Tong I'm pretty good. Crazy stressed with drama!
