good for you for wanting to be apart of the team!!! volleyball is an awesome and im sure youll love it!
as for making the team, in seventh grade, (at least at my junior high) they normally dont cut. so you will absolutely make the team. but at my school, they have like A team, and B team, A being the better team. as for getting a LOT of playing time or getting on the A team, i would follow these tips:
1. practice, practice, practice!
if you want to get better, practice. once you get to higher levels, they will give you a position: setter, hitter (spiker), or defense (they get the spikes and serves). practice the things that you are good at! you will want to practice especially in the off season so you keep your skills up and can learn more in the next season.
2. go to camps and open gyms.
these will especially help you at becoming better. at camps, they will teach you a LOT of things. especially newer things to your age group. at the open gyms, you can practice your new skills and if there are upperclassmen there, hopefully they can give you some helpful tips!
3. LISTEN TO YOUR COACH!
this is the number one rule!!!!! they are the pros and they know exactly what they are doing. they will have things to say and you have to listen. if you need help, these are the number one people to go to. they will help you with whatever you need help in. no question is EVER a stupid question! (:

ohhhh. thats pretty cool! well, ive been playing the french horn since sixth grade and that was about 4 years ago and volleyball since 4th grade which was 6 years ago. and last year i made it on my freshman A team and i was like awesome! hahah.

actually really well! i was writing my name in a cool way when a couple of guys from my school saw it and they payed me $1 each to write it for them. and more and more people want them. so far i have made around $15.

hey thanks 4 respondin back so quickly! anyways of course u can write songs. any1 can! its not always that easy and u will b full of doubts, but its ok. i am still full of doubts about my songs. thats y i want other people to hear them, to give me criticism good and bad about my songs. but even if u do happen to write a bad song, its ok. it wont knock ur world down. i have written horrible songs and im still writting today. if anything, writing a bad song helps u no how 2 write a better song. just keep writing and let me hear them and ill return the favor. and when i let u hear a song of mine, PLEASE dont tell me the song is great, good or even fine if its bad, horrible or worse. and if u want i will do the same 4 u. anyways, thx 4 postin in my profile and keep writin!

Sorry it took so long to answer. I was on vacation. You can start anytime you want. You can make different kinds of quizzes, like multiple choice (like the poll) or ones where people just answer whatever is true for them (like the surveys). But also, whatever style of quizzes works for you. Make sure you let people outside of the club know about the quizzes, too. And please, please, please take the FUN BOOK QUIZ on the club profile. heres my advice for getting a guys attention!
now if you're at school and say, you've just finished a hard test, say to the guy next to ya "oh my god, that was way hard! how d'ya think you did?"
or if you're both walking out of class say somethin like " omg i  cant wait!" he'l be all like "cant wait for what?" then say "Ke$ha's new single is out today! do you know her?" then keep the convo flowing and let him talk about what music he likes, oh and obviously change the band or singer to whatever music you're into!

Hey mintywonder22! I saw your question on my profile so here's my answer:
Well think of things that you and your friends like. Sports? Fashion? Music? Then go with a theme from there. Other themes are 60's, 70's, or 80's. Just Google whichever decade that you choose and find out what the people then wore, how they talked, what kind of music they listened to, and what they did for fun. Look up some fads in food and other games that you could play, or movies that you could watch! Another theme is jungle or safari. You and your guests could dress up as different animals! (Stores like Claire's or Nobbie's have lots of fun costumes and costume accesories!) Then you could decorate the room in fake leaves and vines! One other theme that I can think of is Sleepover Spa! The decor could be very relaxing, with scented candles and low lights, or maybe some stung white whites around the room! Then you could spend all night listening to chill music, and you could all do your nails, do facials, and try out new hair and makeup styles! Whatever you do though have fun girl! Hope I helped you!
