um i suggest cropping ur image sides (left and right). so it is clearer. u can do it in paint or iphoto or whatever app like that that u have.

Hey if u can wear different socks try going with grey (or white i guess) knee higs with some colored lace or a stripe, u can even sew ur own ribbon on (its easy i promise!!!). the socks will go with the "theme" of the outfit and still look cute.
earings are allways nice, maybe some colorful pearls, or anything gold. if u dont have pierced ears clair's has clip ons that look totally real and cute.(and they are like allways on sale)

heres something that will probaby follow dress code and still deliver that BANG!!! feeling
pick out some thick ribbon (prefferably see through) in any color, but magenta would be PERFECT! and first tie part or all of ur hair into a small hairtie, then tie a humongus (or tiny if thats how ur feeling just use a thinner ribbon) bow around d hairband for a super cute look.

heyy i read ur uniform advice thing. so heres some ideas that will totally match ur uniform.

any type of colorful earings since your dress code has a limit on color you want to add as much color as possibble to balance it out.

or u could wear a cute headband

another idea is to wear pretty clips, barettes, hair ties etc. in your hair because you want ppl to focus on your face which is the "money maker"

also who says that religious necklaces cant be cute? so take a religious necklace and add beads or anything colorful or pretty onto the necklace for a fab new look!
