Sista, I would be lucky to weigh that much. I'm 5'1 and weigh 110. Sometimes i just feel huge!! You have a healthy weight. Oh and I'm 11 1/2 too.

Oh and by the way this is what i look like-
-black emo/scene hair and I have strawberry blonde and purple streaks.
-i have hazel eyes, but they change color to green, brown, gold, and every once in a while, blue.
-Im short, only 4"7'.
-I weigh 72 pounds(not anorexic, thats a healthy weight for my size)
-I have my own unique style, but I always know what the trend is.
-Im great with make-up and hair tips!

As some of you may have noticed, I haven't been posting many RADs! The reason is, if I post so much it looks like you girlies aren't getting your comments posted!
The new RAD schedule will be:
every day that there have been at least three comments (about anything not just RADs) since my last RAD. So if I post one today and tomorrow there is just one or two comments, I will not post anything. If the day after that there are still one or two comments none (I won't post anything until there are 3+ comments).
If there are 3+ comments by the next day I will send a new RAD. One RAD per day with 3+ comments from the previous RAD or there will be no RAD.

studying tips for the end of the year! (these are the most effective for me)
1) Give yourself lots of time to go through your notes, handouts, homework, previous quizzes etc.
2) Study with a partner (I find my mom to be the best one)
3) Make a game, such as Trash Can Basketball!
4) How you play Trash Can Basketball is: 1) write down 20 or so questions and answers (try to make them on weak areas) and play with your friend. You need: a garbage can or something similar that is clean for your net, a small ball like a tennis ball or racquet ball and a few friends! Have a parent or someone else ask the a question, if you answer correctly you get 1 point and move up to shoot (1 more point for getting the shot too), if you answer incorrectly you get to stay where you are (no points for missed answer) and shoot (1 point if you make it).
5) Get a good nights sleep! Even if you don't know most of it and you are tired GO TO BED studies have shown that already retained information will stay better than learning it and not getting a good nights sleep (you forget most of it).
6) Don't stress, this is the hardest for me! Take a candle-light bath with no music, just quiet. Try meditating or stretching, I find this very helpful!

U by Kotex is such a great brand, use the ultra thin liner for discharge, their regular liner for spotting and pads/tampons for your period. Their website has alot of information about which one to use. U by Kotex is the first pad that I have been able to sit normally without it getting all wadded up or awkward. They are my favorite brand if you couldn't tell!

RAD (Random Advice for the Day):

Fabulous things to do this weekend or next week:
1) Go to an amusement park with your friends and/or your family! It is a great place to have fun and learn something about the sibs or your friends!
2) Go to a recreational center or gym with your besties! You can go swimming (always fun) or work out with your friends and have a great time! Some of the best stories come from the gym with your friends! extra bonus: you get in shape and get blood flowing
3) Have a no tv weekend, if you turn of the TV you can play lots of games with your family. Try a game of clue, pictionary or your favorite board game! You can have lots of laughs with your family and learn new things!
4) Give/Get a mani-pedi! invite some girls over for the day or a sleepover and give each other one! Wal-Mart has tons of in-expensive creams, polish, exfoliators and much more!
5) Take a relaxing bath! After you shower take a candle light bath and no music. This helps me when I get too excited or stressed about things. This can help some aches/pains go away without medication.
6) Have a slumber party with 6-7 girls, watch a few dvd's and just have a good time!

hey girlies, it's me again, today's topic is about tough stuff- bullies, a thing of the past.
Dealing with cyber-bullying? look hear:
On sites like facebook or twitter, anyone can be on their and become anyone they want to! If you have someone who is saying rude stuff to you then simply just block them or ignore what they are saying! HELPFUL HINT: don't argue or say mean stuff back to them, you will almost never win! They can say anything they want so if you engage you are doing just what they want: getting freaked out. If it is really bothering you and you know who is saying things, talk to a close friend, the person in real life, a trusted teacher or even your parents!

Dealing with a mean girl or girls at school/ where ever:
Yep every school has them, mean popular girls and "losers" don't let what they are saying get to you! Often the mean "popular girls" have low-self esteem, so they like putting other girls down to make themselves feel better! If girls are spreading rumors about them don't chase the rumors down, they are hurtful and just makes it worse for you. If they say things to your face then just say something along the lines of "I really don't have time to play into your games" remember to keep it short and sassy, they won't have anything to chase after! DON'T ENGAGE!- it only makes them think you care about what they think. HELPFUL HINT: get a few super close girls that you can tell anything and they will help you through your problems and those mean girls will become less important to you. Remember to talk to a trusted adult or good friend, if you wad it up inside of you then it seems to get worse!
