Being a Vegetarian

I recently chose the vegetarian lifestyle and think it's great! It is hard but it's worth it. I do not think it's fair that animals have to die for the pleasure of humans. You wouldn't kill your pet dog or cat or hamster for their products. I have only been a vegetarian for about 4 months so some people would think I'm not commited just because I haven't been at this long. I am just as commited to being a vegetarian as a 4 month old baby girl is to being a girl! At first I thought being a vegetarian just meant not eating meat.... Jeezo was I ever wrong! animal products are in tons of stuff!!!
Here are a few words/ingredients to look out for:
whey
pepsin
gelatin
enzymes (vegetable enzymes are OK)
And there are a lot more that I can't remember! Check EVERYTHING you eat for these. Even vitamins. Research being a vegetarian. It helps
I found that over the WORLD'S population is vegetarian!!! Most of India is vegetarian.
There are also many health benefits. Vegetarians are healthier than meat-eater and less likely to be over-weight. Vegans are even healthier than vegetarians!

If so, how old were you when you got it? almost

If so, do you use pads or tampons? I'll use pads at first probably, but I'll try to switch to tampons soon after I start. They sound much more comfy and I play sports so I NEED comfortable. (sorry that was so long)

hmmmm, i am actually not TOO sure about this. i would try asking a moderator on this website. also, i would let your mom know about this, just in case you have a rash or infection. it could just be a rash that will go away in a few days, but it could also be something more serious like an infection. resist from itching! hope this helps a LITTLE! post back!
