Any advice any time
there is a boy who is super hot(every time u look at him he gets hotter) named mario and he came 2 days ago.and everybody is saying that he likes me.cause one of my guy friends said that he asked him who he likes and he said me.and 2day we went on a field trip and heres what happened:
brianna(one of my friends)goes up to mario and says"do u like gabby(me)?"
mario says "whos gabby?"
brianna points at me and says "her."
mario sys no but according to brianna he was smiling during saying no and couldnt stop smiling after that!

You can try using a leave in conditioner or a serum like that. I love a Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum, its pricey but sooo good. Also you can try to straighten your hair, but make sure to use heat protectant. You could also try and use a little bit of hair mousse (don't put it on your roots or it will get greasy).

6. well i wake up earlier and walk to school and in stead having the ice cream after dinner i reach for some strawberrys and a bannana

Everytime she wants to hang out, tell her you're busy or have a lot of homework. If you don't want to lie, then kind of make yourself busy. Hangout w/ other friends w/out her knowing or join some new clubs or classes.

hey girl!! just wanted 2 post u on wats been happening. first off, im doing A LOT better with eating healthy. i asked my mom 2 take the junk food outta the house. also, my stomach is FINALLY beginning 2 shrink, along with my sides. i noticed this morning. im at wat i call the "safe zone". it means that i like the way i look now, but im still gonna exercise 2 keep the weight off, and lose just a little bit more. thanx 4 all ur help!!

oh ok, plus ive only been doing this a week, so i cant expect results right away. plus, i wasnt doing so good food wise, but im doing better. right now, i have this medium roll of fat on my stomach, so i figure if i do cardio everyday(treadmill 4 30 minutes and bike 4 30 minutes) it should go away. cardio is the only way 2 get rid of fat, so im gonna do more cardio 4 now, then do crunches later to tone up.
P.S.- thanx 4 all u help!!! i couldve never kept up with all these exercises if i hadnt had u as a coach!!

thanx, that should help!! i decided 2 extend the workout 2 six weeks so after i get the body i want, ill still be eating healthy exercising. then after six weeks, ill cut the biking and just eat healthy and go on the treadmill. hey, one more thing. do u think its possible that i could lose the weight in 2 more weeks? so far, im not seeing many results. i think its just cuz of the extra eating ive been doing. so if i cut the bad eating now,(which i hav) do u think i could lose the weight in 2 weeks. the reason is that schools starting back up, so i wanna look good for school.

my 3 week workout is going well!! ive been sticking 2 all my workouts, but i keep on craving food!! i think i kno wats causingit:
- lack of sleep(only sometimes though)
- wen ever im full, i keep on thinking that im still hungry!!
heres wat im gonna do 2 fix it:
- more sleep
- eating healthy food 2 keep me full
- drinking water wen im craving food

ok, 2morrow, im gonna start my 3 week workout plan. heres wat im gonna do:
-treadmill 4 20-30 min
-bike 4 half hour
-at nite, 8 sets of 20 crunches, 100 sqauts, 80 side squeezes (2 times total)
- eat a healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner, with 1 snack in the afternoon
food- cut 250 calories
*all of this together is 700 calories cut and burn. thats 4900 calories per week!!
*im gonna keep a journal 2 help stay on track, 2.
does this sound good?

yeah, wat im gonna do is 4 breakfast, eat some yogurt, then lunch, im gonna have either a sandwich or chicken, with fruit and a drink. then 4 dinner i hav watever my rents make. 4 snacks, ill have fruit.

oohhh ok, so she eds up burning more calories than she eats!! smart. oh, an by the way, since im doing a bunch of fun stuff this week, its gonna b hard 2 exercise, so i hav 2 take off this week. its ok tho, i was curious of how much i actually wanna lose, so i looked at my self in the mirror, and the most i probably wanna lose is 5 pounds. so i can easily take that off in 3 weeks.

thanx!! i figured out how i can lose a pound and a half a week:
if i go on the treadmill 4 20 minutes, that burns 250 calories. but if i bump it up 2 30 minutes, then i can burn a little bit more. im also gonna go for a bike ride everyday. both together should burn about 500 calories. i also do crunches and other stuff 2 target diferent areas, and i think that burns about 50 calories. that means ill burn about 550 calories a day,3,850 a week. plus, cutting down on snacks and eating nothing but healthy food, thatll get me 2 my goal in no time!! i wanna be slim by the time school starts( which is in a month) if i dont tho, its ok. i can still continue it.

hey muney574, u kno how i hav been doing 20 minutes on the treadmill everyday? well, im getting pretty bored with that. is there anything else i could do?? or maybe i can mix it up a bit!! oh, i kno!! i could do this:
thursday- jump rope and running in place
- i go 2 the pool everyday, so on the days that i hav swimming down, ill be swimming around the edge of the pool, not just wading in water
- i have taekwondo 3 times a week, so ill b getting even more exercise than usual.
- next week, im going on vacation, which will require a lot of exercise, so ill be able 2 burn some serious calories

i'd like 2 get a flat stomach, and smaller sides, rear, and thighs. so i guess i wanna tone and lose weight. my goal as of right now is 1 pound per week. i think 2 pounds per week is 2 much because i would have 2 burn and cut 7000 calories per week! thats 2 much 4 me. i also started a new workout:
20 minutes on the treadmill a day, crunches and sqauts. does this sound good?
but i dont know what 2 do 2 lose weight on my sides.

Pretty good I geuss. Dad is trying to get me to eat more because he thinks I don't eat enough. But, I am still sticking to this thing! and I am getting plenty of exercise as I am training for cross country in the fall. But, do you know any fast exercises for my lowerbelly/love handle area and the top part of my inneer theighs?? Thx

Hey I am soooo worried that I will have to eat really low cal. and very small portions for like ever and if I eat a couple big but healthy meals a week, will it make me gain weight back? Hey! My main goal is to lose weight! Mosy it's around my stomach, lower back and inner thighs. I hate those pesky love handles! But ya, my goal I think should be like 6 pounds. I'd love to know some healthy eating tips as right now my basic day of food is as follows: 2 eggs scrambled, 1/4 cup carrots w/ 1 T. cottage cheese- 190 cal.
1/2 cup peas, 1 banana- 200 cal.
1 can of tuna, 1 eggroll, some random sweet food.- 350 cal.
Total- about 740 cal. Is that good???
