umm ive never heard of those so im guessing no!but my two front toooth were being pushed out of my my cuz of my long tongue!!so i had this thing that prevented that from happening and pulled my teeth back in. it hurt soooo badly!!i had one for my bottom teeth too!i had several things in my mouth but its worth it!my new dentist says my teeth r really straight she thinks that i used to have braces lol(sorry its long)

Hey !
I saw that you need tips on gymnastics!
Well first of all you dont need to worry about knowing how to do everything because the whole point in going is learning but if you really wanna be the one who can do all the tricks!!
1. start out with the basics (practice cartwheels, round offs and handstands)
2.Practice your posture,Handstands will be alot easier when you back is straight
3.Trampolining, If youve got one then use it!!
Try some simple tricks (BUT DONT GO OVERBOARD!)
4.get fit If you wanna do gynastics being fit will make it easier and more enjoyable
5. lISTEN UP! Make sure you follow all your instructions from your coach
And lastly
6. Have fun!!
Gymnastics is a really great sport but its not all about being the best
You can take it serious but enjoy yourself too!!
Thatll make learning gymnastics fun and easier!!

Hey! How many pieces do you put on? I know for me mine were on my toes and my upper foot so I kind of had to make a wrap around my toes and foot. It sounds weird but that's the only way it would stay on for me. Good luck!

ya know, i agree with what u say, and i dont think eigther of us r really wrong, but neigther r right. see at my school, there r good and bad kids, just like any school. and depending on who u hang with, u can be a good or a bad person. i do sometimes wish i could make mistakes, live life, and be that person. but sometimes i am glad that i havent made thos mistakes, YET. i mean there r kids at my school who r pregnent becuase they thought it was love, or i know ppl moving cuase they couldnt take the drama. i do see ur point and i understand mine. i understand that there r "meanies" and there r "sweaties". and sometimes if u find the perfect dude "for the moment" meaning that they r who u like being with at the time, i can understand that. but sometimes u need to spend a few years building who u really r, and look and find ppl who r really worth it. so i think deending on who u r, how ur family is, or what ur hopes or guys types r where u live can really depend on what u will do, so i see what u mean

Hey I wuz on another girlsnprofile and I saw ur comment bout an ouja board, and I'm here 2 answer ur question. My friends mom wasnplaying with her friend when she was little, and her friend had her hand on the board and went into like a 5 minute coma or shock or something. And at a sleepover all my friends were using one and all of a sudden the room got all cold. And yes, ouja boards are used to communicate with spirits, although I don't believe in that stuff.

lotssssssss of stretching. i mean like a lot. working out will build up muscle and you'll definately need that, but for the flexibility, stretch tons before and after you work out, even just while your watching TV or something!

Hey girl! I saw your comment on the article about warts, and yea duct tape does work on foot/toes warts. I used to have the same problem and somebody told me to put duct tape on them. So for a a couple of weeks every night I would put duct tape on my warts and take it off in the morning. Then eventually they went away! It's been almost a year and I havent gotten a single wart! So I would try it and see how it goes! Good luck!!! Comment back and tell me how it goes!!!

my room is huge! it's my whole basemet! well going to be....see i'm switching rooms with my sister who's going to collage next year, so i get her room and she gets mine. she also repainting my room a diff. color too. so i get 3 closets! one for my clothes, make-up, and like other things like jewery and bags and stuff
