Yaaa! I love Skillet and Family Force 5! I just saw Skillet this past Friday, and I met FF5 during the summer. Theyre awesome. Smile Relient K's good too, but unfortunately theyre not very good in concert. Frown But ya, Ive heard of Red! Theyre awesome! Smile

Hey i read tht u do crunches and sadly don't really hav any abs yet...I have a tip for u.....I'm a dancer and I have abs...crunches aren't the only way to get abs.....another good excercise that I have done in dance that wrked for me was holding the plank. 1st you get in the push up postition and then put your elbows flat on the ground.....then you hold it for a long time and steadily hold it longer each time you repeat the exercise. Eventually u will feel a burn near your abdomen and that's wen you know tht its wrkin. With crunches and the plank...your abs will look fab in no time. Smile(if u go on google and type in the plank exercise then it will show you a pic of how to do it Smile
