Heyy!! Thanks for coming to me for advice!!
Anyways, I definetly think he likes you. I dont know what his personality is like, but i do know that a bunch of guys around our age are shy and sometimes awkward around girls, so the fact that he he went out of his way to tell you that you you looked nice and that he put his arm around you is definetly a good sign!! It also could mean that he is waiting for you to make the next move and he wants to know if you like him back. Next time you see him, I would suggest complimenting him (maybe tell him how good his sports team is?). Make sure you look into his eyes and smile, he'll get the hint and luvv your confidence!!
