Will you be a true personal trainer? yeah 5. Answer the Question by giving one example: I need to eat healthier but I am a VERY picky eater, do you have any ideas on good foods? I want to tone my arms, stomach, and thighs, and I need workouts that I will stick to and not get bored of, any ideas? k, for a week, don't think about calories at all, just try to get as much fiber as you can into your diet (there's some fat that's extremely hard to get rid of, so you should try to get rid of that first) now, think of your goal weight, multiply it by 10, and eat that many calories a day (it may not seem like alot, but if you watch wat you eat, it will seem normal) example: 130.10= 1300calories (make sure it isn't too drastic, try to keep your goal weight under 30 pounds less) i'll tell you more weight loss secrets later (just to let u know, i'm not good on giving exercise advice)

i think that sounds great! especially if you're not used to doing much exercise. once that starts to feel easy, you might want to try adding a little bit at a time because you will get better results faster if you push yourself. one question tho, when you say you want to lose weight, do you mean you want to tone your body or do you literally want to lose pounds?

here's how to do the leg lifts(that work your legs, there is another one that works the abs). for the right leg, you would lay on your left side and hold yourself up on your left elbow. Your left hip and left leg should be resting on the floor, and you can bend your left leg or keep it straight, whatever is comfortable for you. Make sure your right leg is completely straight. Then you just lift your right leg straight up to about a 45 degree angle from your left leg and then lower it. To do the left leg you just lay on your right side and do the same thing.

im really sorry to hear that people were making fun of you :-( You said you wanted to work on arms, thighs, and abs, right? im trying to work on those areas over the summer, too! every night i do 10 situps, 10 pushups, 25 leg lifts (the ones where you lay on your side), and then hold phantom chair for 1.5 minutes. i repeat that sequence 3 times. if you need me to explain one of those exercises, just ask. if that is too much for you to do at one time, you could try doing one set, then a 10-30 minute break (depending on what you need), then another set, another break, and your last set, until you can do them all in a row. to stay motivated, i would try listening to music while you are exercising. i dont really know what you need help with as far as healthy eating goes, but if you have a specific food that you would like me to help you find a healthier option for, ill try my best. remember that if you are eating healthy and exercising a lot, that will help build muscle and muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are actually gaining weight for the first week or two, its just muscle and thats ok. if you've got any questions, just ask and ill do what i can to help! good luck, and i know you can do it!

Hello! I don't get on here much, so I won't fill out an app, and it looks like you have quite a few anyway, but I do have a few tips that have really helped me [and I mean REALLY helped, I've lost over 30 pounds in about 10 months all by myself with no extreme measures]! First off, before you start, take measurements of everything you want to change, and write them down somewhere you won't forget. When losing weight, people tend to lose inches faster than pounds, so by doing this, you'll know exactly how much you lost [you can re-measure every few weeks or so, it depends on how fast you are losing weight]. Establish exactly how much you want to lose, whether it's 15 pounds or 30. Then work at little increments. If you weigh 150, for example, focus on getting under 145. Once you accomplish that, work on getting to 140, and so on. I love junk food, and diets have never worked for me because I have a hard time cutting those things out -especially ice cream and chocolate-, so I end up almost gaining weight-not fun. Try buying weight watcher ice cream bars, or really any low fat, low calorie ice cream. If you like fruit, italian ice and fruit bars are really delicious too. Cut out pop, energy drinks, or any other sugary things you really don't need. One every once in a while isn't bad, but it helps if it's diet- that will save you 100-200 calories! Also try baked chips instead of regular ones. This cuts WAY back on oil, which will reduce the fat, calories, sodium, and carbs in nearly half. If you're the type to eat chips after school, try tortilla chips and salsa- you get much more flavor, and it's a whole lot healthier for you! Also, try not to eat fast food. If you eat it a lot [this goes for drinking pop too], you might not even realize how much extra weight it can account for. Sadly, coffee from places like Starbucks should be avoided , unless you only buy it about once a week. The whip cream alone can add about 100 calories, and it's not really worth it, is it? For workouts.. start doing situps EVERY day.. today. Really, just do it. Start with 10, 20.. depends on your level of fitness. It only takes a minute to do, but it makes all the difference. You can try different types of crunches too [one that works great is lying on your back with your feet raised up, so you're in the shape of an L. Pull your shoulders all the way off the ground, or else it won't do much for you. Make sure you're looking at the ceiling at the whole time too, and not pulling on your neck]. Finally, just know that everything counts. Every little bit adds up to the final goal, even if you're just walking your dog. And please remember that you can only lose so much- if you keep pushing and pushing yourself to get super skinny, you're just going to bounce back one day. Respect yourself. 3. my mom buys these organic sodas called blue skies sodas and they are actually pretty good. they have natural sugar in them instead of artificial sugar so they are BETTER for you than just coke or sprite. they come in good flavors like grape, cola, cherry vanilla, orange cream, grapefruit, black cherry, etc 4. i have more advice but this is getting too long!! -exercise can get pretty boring i feel the same way. but the key to having fun while exercising is to find something that you enjoy. instead of working yourself to death by running 10 miles a day, get a group of friends together and play man hunt or tag for a few hours. that makes you think you are playing instead of working. my favorite things to do are tubing on the lake which is a great arm workout especially with a super fast boat and playing tackle football or keep away with the guys (make sure they go easy on the tackling with girls!!) hannah

I want to tone my arms, stomach, and thighs, and I need workouts that I will stick to and not get bored of, any ideas? -healthy eating tips. i am pretty picky about my foods to but i have found some really good healthy foods that i like. my mom buys all sorts of organic stuff for our family. 1. you need to not eat as much sugar as i am sure you do (everybody does it!!). one thing to do is eat lots of fruits that have natural sugar in them. natural sugar is so much better for you than regular sugar that is in most foods. it is easier for you pancreas to make insulin for which causes you to be at a lesser risk for diabetes (this is a bit confusing i know so if you didn;t get any of that it means you won’t get diabetes if you eat natural sugar). all fruits are good for you and most of them are really good 2. some vegetables are really gross (spinach!) but my mom has two recipes that i can give you that makes squash and spinach actually taste pretty good in my opinion. one is spinach pie which mixs spinach and cheese and makes a really good pie. and the other one is squash casserole which mixs squash and cheese and crackers together to make the squash taste not as strong (this is my favorite!!)

omg, I play piano, guitar, and I know this is weird but I also play the trombone. oh yeah, I know a couple of exercises that might tone your stomach. You can do bycicles or when you do crunches pull your legs up a little(with your knees bent, or you could just do regular crunches (but the other kind works better). To help tone your thighs, you could do lunges, and to tone your arms you could do push ups. (my brother is really healthy and has an at home gym) if/when you start doing the stretches start with 20 each.good luck!

I want to tone my arms, stomach, and thighs, and I need workouts that I will stick to and not get bored of, any ideas? if your a picky eater, you should probably try to make some of your favorites, but with a healthier twist. for example if you love ice cream, you could try vanilla yogurt with chocolate chips in it. its very satisfying and still really healthy. or if you love pasta, you could try a whole wheat pasta with an organic sauce, or better yet, make the sauce yourself so you control EXACTLY what goes into your body. Simple changes can make a BIG difference until you can control your cravings for unhealthy food. a great way to work out is to participate in sports. There are TONS out there, you just have to keep trying until you find one you like. You can also do little workouts each night to tone specific areas of the body: pushups for your arms, sit-ups for your stomach/abs, and phantom chair is great for the thighs. To keep from getting bored, switch things up and do a different excercise every day, or get a friend to excercise with you! Jogging with a friend is always fun, cause you can talk at the same time and work your muscles really hard without really realizing it. Thanks, and good luck with your goals! I know you can do it! hey chica i would totally be interseted in being your personal trainer!!! heres my app. i am 13 years old i check my profile every day before and after school. i have acheived many of my weight loss goals 5. if your picky start by eating less of the junky things you do like. thats the best start. next start by eating simple healthy things like an apple or some grapes. then start to expand on what you eat by trying somthing just a lttle more adventorous everytime you have the option until you have a wide variety of healthy foods to choose from. yum!! As for your workout try making a different workout for everyday of the week. you could even choose a day to focus on one specific part of your body. write down your workout decorate it, and then hang it somewhere where you can see it like in your room. good luck!!
