I know how hard it gets not to go back to what you did before but you are doing the right thing by surrounding yourself with people who love you, like your boyfriend. When I felt like I wanted to go back to it, I told my friend about my cutting and how depressed I was, and she told me that it scared her to hear me talk like that and that she loved me like her own sister and she made me promise that I would never do it again. Since then, I haven't because I didn't want to scare her anymore or break my promise.

okay, first of all. i need to know if you liked him before and at the beginning of the relationship. Well, tell me that and i will try to help more but here's my advice now. : )

I doesn't matter what people think about you or your boyfriend. As long as he makes you happy, then thats okay. But i think you should really talk to your dad about it. There is nothing wrong for you to like him just because he's not white. And it's okay for you not to like him now. Sometimes we want things and when we finally get them, we aren't very satisfied. But come to terms with your dad and tell you're friends to stop teasing you because of him. After you do that, and you're still not feeling the same way you did when you first started dating him...then you might want to break up. Do what you're comfortable with. And if you two do split, there is no reason why you guys can't be friends. : )

But to help you with your problem...i think that first you should tell your friend how you feel about this guy. If she is a true friend she would respect your feelings and back off. As for getting the guys attention just try and catch his eye by other things.BE YOURSELF!! if you see him in the hallway and he is like walking in front of you just nudge him or something and when he turns around flash him a cute smile and giggle and say hi and his name. Or if he is in any of your classes just try and walk past him a lot and smile any and every time he sees you.do what ever you feel comfortable to get his attention. Just be confident and get your flirt on!!!!

my friend always puts me down and tries to make me look stupid. i am always in her shadow. she flirts withevery guy she knows and as soon as she does that my best guy friends forget about me and stop talking to me because she is cooler, she flirts with every guy me and my friends like and they end up liking her. my friends and i all see it. i have confronted her about it more than once and she says sorry, forgets it, and moves on. then the next day my guy friends and some of my girlfriends are mad at me because she turns them against me> i just really dont know what to do anymore, can you please help?

How are you doing today? Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I haven't gone on the website in a while. I just read it now. I'm still overweight but I'm loosing it little by little. I know how hard it is to stop but it doesn't help you. And my mom is always sick too. She doesn't have diabetes but she seems to always be in the hospital for surgery. But my grandmother has diabetes and shes living with it. Your mother is going to be alright. And I know you loved your grandmother and it hurts a lot when the people you love are gone but would she really want you to be hurting yourself?
