I love my new phone! Of course I never use it though. I don't need to. My old phone was an LG, but I don't think it had any special title. It was buy one really cheap, get three free. Today's my dad's birthday!

Don't apologize. I got a new phone on Sunday! I got my last (and first) phone two years ago right before 10th grade, and before that, my sister had it for two years. This one is a purple camera flip phone with bluetooth (my other phone was pretty much just good for calling). So what have you been up to lately?

Hey! I saw your comment on another girls profile about weight-loss advice, and I was wondering if you could help me. I am starting on July 1(Wednesday). I have 8 weeks to get into the best shape that I've ever been in. I don't want to tell you my weight, but I'm not skinny, and I'm not overweight(but somewhat close). My Dad was pretty upset, I'm his little girl and he doesn't want to see me growing up. My mom didn't really care. She's like it's part of growing up. But now i can't hangout with any of my guy friends for a while cause of my dad. That's so cool that you were born in London. That's one of my favorite places. I love new york also. I'm really glad the advice worked! But what about the giant girl? I think my crush definitely trusts me, because I'm usually one of the nicer people, and I always lend him stuff whenever he needs something, which is quite often. Before he even asks, I look at him and say "Let me guess, need a pencil?" on days we have tests. He's really nice. He's one of the cool athletic guys, but he's a nice one, and funny too. When we were making our physics projects, mine was right next to him, and there was someone on the other side of me, so when I went up to add something, I said (to no one in particular) "sorry if I'm in anyone's way", so he said "Cally you're in my way!" Then with a smile, he added "just kidding!" And don't worry, you're not alone about the fat thing. I pretty much didn't have friends in elementary school, because I was made fun of so much. I always think people are being sarcastic too, unless they're a friend of mine (a very good thing about high school, people are friendlier). My problem is that my friends are usualy friends with different groups of people I don't talk to, so when they separate to talk to them, or if their other friends come up, I'm pretty much ignored and by myself, because I usually don't like the other people. Yeah I told my parents about it. They didn't even care. All they said was that its camp! But something good did happen. Me and this really hot guy snuck out of our cabins once everybody fell asleep and made out. But then a staff member caught us and called our parents! But it was soo worth getting in trouble for. That's cool your in Chicago right now. I live in Wisconsin. And its really humid and sticky right now too. What state do you live in?

Hey I'm back from camp! It was HORRIBLE. My cabin was disgusting it was filled with spiders. One night we had to go camping in tents. We had to fit 8 people in a 6 person tent. And the dinners we horrible. They made us go pee in the woods for the camp out. There was sooo many ticks and misqutoes. So how was your week?

Don't worry, it takes a lot to make me mad (or one really annoying stupid person who acts like a complete jerk, which you are definitely not). Aaaw, thanks! It's kinda weird though, because we only talk sometimes, and I'm pretty sure I blush slightly when we do, and I'm glad my little story amused you. Last year my lab partner (who happens to be a good friend of mine) caught on, because she said I turned a little red every time we spoke. She forgot this year though. One time in eighth grade, we were in tech together, and when I got a candy gram, he asked me if my boyfriend sent it. When I said I didn't have a boyfriend, he looked shocked and asked why. See, I used to be fat in elementary school, and everyone made fun of me which is why I'm so shy. Now I'm a little chubby but not really fat, so I was surprised when he asked why. That explains why he kept flirting with me in eighth grade. But I was so defensive that after a mini vacation a month or two later, when he said he missed me, I thought it was like one of those mean jokes from the movies, so I told him to stop. He's been nice to me though. I'm not sure if he's trying to be my friend or what though. As for your situation, I think you should say "So do you want the homework now, or are you going to call me later?" with a cute smile. Even if you don't say it like that, I definitely think you should bring it up jokingly to get his attention. And I hate those people that overreact over nothing. I literally have a headache after listening to them. And you're right, the essays are better than the multiple choice, but I've had 2 essays a day for the past 3 days with multiple choice. Yay you're back! Don't apologize. The same thing happened to me where I was sure I posted the comment, but it never came up. Things change, so maybe by next year he'll break up with his GF, giving me a chance to win him over, even though theoretically it should be the other way around. But seriously, when my ex-teacher said he would be perfect, that says something. As for your situation, if you talk to him one on one, laugh at what he says, and slightly overreact (in a cute funny way, not annoying) to what he does. For example, about two weeks ago, we were sitting in physics, and he kept shaking the desks in our row with his leg (he has the last seat in our row), but when I turned around and gave him a look, he thought it was hilarious and kept doing it. I even quietly moved the empty desk in front of me up a little and sat in it, but he pushed up his desk so he could get me. And before I moved, I inched up my desk twice, but he pushed the ones in front of him to make mine shake (there was only one other person in the row at the time). He was flirting with me, but he has a GF. Since you're really good friends with your crush (I only talk with mine once in a while), you might have more luck. As for your money situation, try having a yard sale or putting something on e-bay. My mom wanted me to get a job over the summer, but so far every place I've tried said you have to be at least 18. Or maybe you can babysit on the weekend for an hour or two (I only babysit on Fridays). Today's social studies regents was so bad! The multiple choice was terrible, I had never heard of a few of the questions, and everyone else thought it was so easy. But when I wrote the first essay, it was like someone else took over, because I was pretty much daydreaming, but the essay was amazing with a lot of difficult vocab words. I was running out of time on the second one, so it didn't come out as good. The no homework part is awesome! I hope you're doing better than me. Take care!

Thanks, likewise! It's a similar situation I think. Both of our crushes joke around with us but talk about or have girlfriends. I think mine wants to be friends, and yours wants to see if you get jealous by saying he likes the "giant". Maybe it's better to be in the friend zone for now, that way if things don't work out, he'll come to you first. Maybe you could say "Really, I didn't think she was your type" or something like that to make him think about it. My situation is actually kind of funny, because I was babysitting today for ex-chem teacher, soon to be AP chem teacher, and she was trying to see if she could find me a BF since I've never had one, and can ya guess who she picked? That's right, my crush. When I said he has a GF, she looked a bit disappointed and then started thinking of other people, but she thought my crush is the best, because he's good looking, very smart, nice, and funny. And don't apologize about the length of the comment (mine are really long too). Guess what?! During physics, my egg drop experiment worked! It broke this morning in my locker, so I fixed and reinforced part of it during lunch. Part of it broke when it landed (after tumbling through the air quite a bit and landing right side up), but the egg was fine. My teacher threw the projects off the school roof. And today was my last day of classes! Now I just have to take my regents exams. And yes I'm going to prom next year! But people keep trying to get people I don't want to go with to ask me, because I guess they din't think I can find my own date. It's kinda annoying.

I don't think he was lying 1) because he was telling our teacher why it broke 2) I don't think he knows I like him and 3) he's very honest It's a shame that prom is next year, and he didn't go to junior dinner, so he's never seen me in a dress, let alone such a pretty one. I do know that he has gone out with a girl because she liked him, but that didn't work out so well. I would feel funny approaching him about the subject, because I don't know how he would react, and I want to be on good terms with him for the time being. But I really appreciate your help, you're the best!! It's nice to have someone to tell this to, because there are always so many people nearby at school, so if I told by BFF, someone would definitely overhear. Besides, she's not always supportive and one time said she didn't think it was worth it. I like talking to him though, because he says interesting things. I hope there's less drama in your life. Anything interesting going on?

He has been talking to me more lately, but today I found out, unintentionally, that he has a girlfriend. I was in such a good mood until I found out. The beautiful dress I got for prom next year had a price adjustment, so I got back $51.00. The total cost became $16.72. Then, I wasn't even looking for a dress, I saw another beautiful dress on the return rack, tried it on since it was my size, and bought it because it fit. Like the other one, it only cost $16.72. They are both floor length gowns. I don't know where I'll where the other one to, but for that price, I couldn't resist. Then today's news ruined it...but I've become a master of hiding my real emotions when I want to, so nobody knew I was upset. As far as everyone else is concerned, I have no reason to be. I just don't know why he's been paying me more attention. Today, he caught up with me in the hallway to tell me his egg drop project for physics broke. What he didn't say was that his girlfriend was the one who accidently broke it when she got into his car. I overheard him talking to someone else. I hope it's not that 9th grader. What do you think? Do you think he's just being friendly? Or do you think he left out the girlfriend part on purpose?

We went to six flags!! It was sooo much fun!. I went on my first roller coaster-kingda ka, which is apparently one of the most intense. It's definitetly the tallest ant fastest with two corkscrews, but it's a little shorter than the rest. Before that, I went on a water ride and got soaked. My crush kept flirting with me! About a minute afer we got off the bus, he said "Hi Cally!" flirtaciously and with a grin. After his first ride, he gave me a double hi-five. Every time we saw each other, we smiled and waved. Right before we got on our bus to leave, he yelled (and pointed) "Cally's very first roller coaster ride was kingda ka!". I was very proud, because people looked at me with disbelief. After kingda ka, I went on nitro in the first row. How was your day?
