hey girl! its tough to tell when i don't know the person directly but it seems to me that if he seems into you and you like him then the only true way to tell if its going to work is to try. you can email every day send cute letters in the mail and try webcam so you can talk and see each other on your computer! (sorry but i don't know how that works, you could ask someone who knows lots about computers for help!) and then if it doesn't work out you can always be friends and look more locally for guys. good luck! ~ellie~

well u could ask to trade cell numbers! That way u could text/talk more often and get to know eachother better. And did u ever think he girl he likes could be you? If he describes her just like you (even if he said she was skinny) its a big possibility that it could be you. And everyone views each other differently, so to him you could look as skinny as a stick! hope this helps! -jenn

He probably likes you,but he think it might be wierd to be going out with a family friend. He might like this other girl because he thinks if he likes you,it will be awkward. What suggest is talk to him more. Dont try to hard,or he'll stop liking you. Give him some signs,if you wanna, and he'll loosen up and actually like you the way you like him. lauren my advice is to keep emailing him!! if he is a few years older and a family friend and the one who contacted you by asking to be your friend in facebook he obviously likes you!! unfortunately he may just like you as a friend. but maybe if he gets to know the real you than maybe MAYBE he will develop a little crush on you...we can only hope!!
