HEY girl! Thanks for reading my profile!! Anyway, some tips I have on running are pretty basic tips, but boy do they work. First, you need to make sure you find a really good place to run (preferably with at least a few hills for more endurance) and then go. Always ALWAYS ALWAYS stretch for at least 25-30 minutes before running, then walk for about five minutes, then jog. If you are doing track, you will need to work on sprinting more than endurance, but whatever works is good for you. STAY HYDRATED. LOTS LOTS LOTS LOTS LOTS of water. Good luck! Push yourself every time you run, but not TOO much, and remember to stretch when you're DONE running too otherwise you will get stiff! Good luck again!

Haha, I read your comment about the eyebrow wax! That's funny! I can just imagine it. My friends and I were on vacay and we took a stop at a makeup store. We tried so much on, we looked like clowns. The lady who worked there was nice, but I think she thought we were crazy. I love makeup! (That's the bad thing about summer - your makeup gets all sticky.) How old are you?
