My Healthy You Profile
  1. Fitness Faves
      I've been trying to figure that out! Probably really long walks, a little bit of jogging, a treadmill and I definitley do the workouts in the GL mag!
  2.   Volleyball
  3.   er I don't really have a 'playlist' just music!
  4.   For abs instead of doing striaght up-crunches, lie down on a small, round pillow on the lower part of your back (the small of your back?) and do regular crunches like that. It WORKS! Trust me you'll feel it and after about a month you will see results I swear!!!
  5. Goal Girl
      DEFINITLEY work out more, and try to jog every weekend. Also, to just get a somewhat toned body before summer. And to eat alot healthier, andf I'm doing good so far!
