Hey Kiley...so I have to answer your questions on my profile because yours is not visible to me. From what you told me you have lots of discharge and your 11 almost 12. I would say your pretty close to your period congrats!! Many girls think of their period as a bad thing, but it is really not. It is a good thing that lets us know how healthy we truly are. Your mom is right in giving you pads, but you don't have to wear them all the time if you don't have your period yet. Make sure you have some in your locker or backpack at school, and if you feel wet or when you use the bathroom and you see blood in your undies take a deep breath and just ask the teacher to go to the bathroom. Then you can also stop by your locker to grab a pad. If you are ever unprepared, just ask to go see your school nurse, or a female gym teacher. They always have pads and tampons you can use. If you are going out with some friends and are unsure if you'll get your period, then just take a bag or purse with you. Remember if you ever have any troubles talk to a trusted adult female friend, because she knows what is up with your body.

Your next questions. I'm not sure who you heard the cancer thing from, but that is not true. A lot of girls have bumps around their nipples while they go through puberty, so its fine. If you have anymore questions feel free to ask

hey i have a question...ok here it goes- so ive been having discharge for like 3 months now. and my mom told me to wear pads so i am and do you know how many months after tht starts hapening until you get your period? Hey Statechamp<3, you have lots of discharge and stomach cramps. It sounds like you are getting pretty close to your period. The best thing to do is to not panic or be afraid and talk to your mom, aunt, grandmother, or a trusted adult. Ask them if they could teach you about tampons and pads. The number one rule at this point is DO NOT get caught unprepared. Always have a few tampons or pads (whichever you chose is best for you) in your backpack or purse. If your afraid someone will go through it and find them then just put them in a make up bag. Hope this helps chica and good luck!!! <3 Jamie

A) some friends you need to keep even when you get in a fight...and some you dont. Try to find out uif she sorry and really means it or not...on the other hand...let everyone believe what they want...soon they will realize that its not true...and your stomach hasn't gotten any bigger. Find some real friends to hangout wtih that wi;; boost your confidence
B)Be as nice as you can to everyone, show them your not anything they think you are...and find a nice group of friends to hang with and become colse to...that way if anything happens theyve go tyour back!
C)well, celeb gossip is rarely truee... but theres always a chance its truee...wait a while for a real conformation...untill thennn...look around at some other ppl to look up to. if you find out she is, find a new role model...sorry! and if she isnt, keep lookig up to her ) if you never find out, id go with the safe answer and just ifind a new role model. It might be hard, but you dfont want the wronf influence!

Hey chica...sorry I have to post on here, but your profile isn't visible so I hope you get it. First off, Congrats on your first period. My first advice to you is always remember that the health room lady is your friend. If you happen to leak or you get caught with no supplies, she will help you out. Next I would recommend having a stash of pads or tampons in your backpack. If your scared that someone will find them, then keep them in a part that you don't use in an extra pencil case or something. You should also change your pad or tampon at least once during the school day. Also make sure that you get to know your body, because knowing how you feel and when you feel this way will help a lot when your coming close to your time of the month. I really hope this helps, and let me know if you need anything else.

C) I heard Brittany Spears is back in rehab again. I don't know what to do because I look up to her. Not for the bad things but for her career because I want to be a singer. Everyone says shes a bad influence, but I think they are lying about her being in rehab. Do you know what is going on with Brittany??

Hi again! I told him to wait. He told me ok but he want to hang out now. I told him sure 'cause my friends they left me. They got embaraced by me and he's my only friend now. They baby actually is almost due. I was actually b4 just asking if I should have said yes to him. Anyway we think it's a baby girl. My mom says she will take care of the baby. I'm hoping the guy and me (let's just say Tod) will become great friends. Thanks and I'll tell you when the baby is born and everything. Thank you!

Hey allalone....first off congrats on your first child, it may not be the way you imaged it, but who images being pregnant at such a young age. I also give your props for not taking the easy way out. I think that with this guy he thinks he is ready to take everything on. I would say ask him to wait until a little while after you have your baby, just to see if he still wants everything that comes with you now. For now you guys could be really good friends. Keep your head up high girly, it's not right for those people to make fun of you. If you want you could go to your school guidance counselor just to talk through everything, and get someone else's point of view on everything. I hope this helps!!!

A)Sit your mom down and tell her that not only do you feel uncomfortable in skimpy clothing, but it's also inappropriate, and you'd rather wear more modest clothes. Ask her if you can buy a few sweaters, blazers, or camisoles to layer clothes and make them less revealing. If you talk to her calmly and rationally, I'm sure you'll be able to work it out.
B) If you think your fashion sense is amazing, good for you! Who cares what other people think? However, if you're trying to look a little older, add a few sophisticated pieces like blazers, oversized sweaters, and skirts. You can also show off your slim figure by wearing skinny jeans, and by belting large shirts at the waist.

A) if your best friend started that then she isn't really your best friend. First you should confront your friend tell her she should first tell her that she shouldn't have spread those rumors. Then tell her she should admit to everyone that she lied. If she doesn't listen or do anything you should tell an adult. You aren't being a snitch. I would say you should talk to your guidance counselor. She will talk to you and give you support or talk to your best friend and see why she did that
B) Talk to your mom and tell her that you don't like what she is doing. Tell her some facts about the effects and tell her you just don't want this to happen to her. Also say that you would help her through the transition and support her fully. Then give her a big hug! After all she is your mom no matter what!
C) Everytime they ask you say No I really don't want to. Could you please stop asking me. If I really want some I'll ask you. If they say Sheesh. You should say I don't mean to sound crabby it's just thats all we ever talk about. I miss the times where we all used to just hang out. Then next time you guys start hanging out suggest you go to the movies or the to a theme park. I know girl that you don't want to Lose them as friends but you don't want to go on drugs. get them to remember the good times they had before they got on drugs.

Hey girl, it sounds like your super close to your period. But don't worry about it be happy, its one step closer to becoming a women. Talk to your mom or an aunt or even a grandma for help on how to use tampons and/or pads whichever you decide is best for you. And don't ever get caught off gaurd and some ways not to is to keep some extra tampons or pads in your locker or backpack/purse. And always remeber if you do get caught off gaurd your friends, the health room lady, and a female gym teacher are the best to ask for help from. Hope this helps!!

Hey chica, I'm so sorry if you don't see this, or you don't see it in "time" but your profile is not visible so I have to answer your question on my profile. Well it pretty much sounds like you have started puberty congrats!! Don't worry about have small boobs, those are nothing to worry about. Every girl grows different. So your sister or cousin or even friends boobs might grow first, and then get pubic hair. It just all depends on the girl. And for the yellowish stuff in your undies, it pretty much sounds like discharge. Meaning you will be getting your period pretty soon, so you might wanna talk to your mom, and aunt, a grandma, or just a female adult that you trust. Ask them to teach you how to use pads, or tampons, whichever you choose to use. I hope this helps, and let me know if you need anything else!!

hey...i know your the puberty person but this question doesnt really have anything to do with that...ok soo...
i need to start exeercising more. like im not fat or anything but i just feel like i need to do more to keep my bod healthy. i have asthma so sometimes its kinda hard to do alot of exercising in one period of time (ex. plain out runnning) now thats its starting to get cold out im out of ideas. i ♥ to play outside with my neighbors and play manhunt oreven just run/walk around and usually that was my daily exercise in the summer. so i dont really want to go to a gym cuz im only 13. me and friends wanted to do zumba but i dont really know what that is...do you know? any ideas on how i can get fit fast? help!

I want to know if I should wear tampons on a regular basis. I’ve worn a tampon before [I was at a pool] but that was back in May at my family reunion. Right now I take the train home from school and don’t get home until about 4:00-4:30 pm. So I’m wearing a pad from about 7:30-4:30 and I don’t like doing stuff like that on the train. I don’t go to the bathroom at school because they’re not really clean and not easy to access [we have 5 mins between classes and most times i have to go from the basement to the 3rd floor...]. So should I start wearing tampons or just keep with my pads but change more often or what..? and im 13 btw

Club amazing and awesome seriously needs to get off everybodys back. She got on me, u, and club_sweet_stuff. I mean we can join more than one club. I got my job taken away because I didn't do it cuz my profile wad messed up. I'd seriously suggest u quit. I'm not telling u what to do or anything but she's not being very nice by pretty much saying u can't be in other clubs and have a life outside of GL.
