hey i saw your comment about training for track and volleyball. to train for track you should practice your running if you dont already. to get better at running, run everday for 10mins for a week. add five mins every week until you can get to an hour. also try doing drills while running like speed bursts. do speed bursts by running at a normal pace then sprint as fast as you can for 30 seconds/1 minute. also stretch or do yoga. it loosens up your muscels and helps you to be able to have longer strides while running and prevent accidents.and try a type of running called suicides. for those you can use the lines on your driveway. start at the first line then run as fast as you can to the second, touch the ground, and run back. the run from the first straight to the third line, touch the ground, and run back to the first. repeat this for a minute. for bolleyball you can practice diving. you'll need knee pads. just go outside or even sit in front of the tv, and fall onto your knees. do this until your comfortable with it. also practice bumping the volleyball, with a friend or by yourself. practice setting also. a good way to practice setting is against a wall by hitting the ball with your finger tips so it hits the wall and comes back. the closer you move to the wall, the higher up it will go, the farther you go, the lower it will come. you can also try this for diving. hope i helped!!!<3 good luck!
