      Yoga, workout DVD, tag, swimming, ice skating, kick scooter

  3.   Do a mix of cardio and strength to tone muscles, burn fat, and keep your body healthy. Don't only strength train or only do cardio; mix it up!
  4. Goal Girl
      Eat well and work it to keep my body hot and healthy.
  5.   Magazines like Fitness Magazine that have inspiring fitness stuff.
  6.   Wilma Rudolph...amazing! Who knew a girl with polio would become "the fastest woman in the world?"
  7. Tasty Eats
      Fruit smoothies! Here are my fave 3 recipes! 1. Banana Strawberry Bliss: (Classic) 1 cup non/low fat yogurt, 1 cup frozen strawberries, and a banana. Add water if needed and blend. If you need more sweetness, add a few drops of stevia. (A little goes a long way! Stevia is a naturual sweetner that comes from a plant. It has no calories, and wasn't made in a lab, but in the wild, so it's healthy) 2. Healthy decadance can be done: Blend a cup of skim/low fat milk, a frozen banana, and a tablespoon of organic, naturual peanut butter. Add water/stevia as needed and blend. 3. Vitamin C monster; (ENERGIZE) blend a cup of 100 percent fresh squeezed not from concentrate orange juice with a cup of strawberries. add water and stevia as needed
  8.   Penne pasta with grilled chicken and fat free fro-yo
  9.   Skip them usually. But I allow a few indulgences. I love icecream. :p
  10.   fitness, eating... i lost 12 pounds before totally healthilly and gained healthy muscle, now I am just maintaining with 3-4x a week workouts and eating healthy.
