Hey. I'm a very athletic gal. I can help you with advice on push-ups and abs exercises. For Push-Ups: I'm not a gal with strong arms, but everywhere else. With push-ups, gradually work your way up. Start with girly push-ups (the right way or they won't work!) then work your way into 10 push-ups a day (go down so your arms are at a 90 degree angle). As for ab exercises, you are in luck. I'm a dancer, and we focus a lot on our core. Try crunches or sit-ups. Looking for an alternative? Try a certain type of crunches. They are called "leg drops". Lay on your back. Feet straight up in the air. Lower your legs almost but not touching the ground. Keep one knee bent and one straight. Do it again, alternating knees that are bent. Work your way up to sit ups, they are the best. Thighs: Do something that can help both your thighs and abs - squats. try to do 'em the right way. Knees at a 90 degree angle, arms straight out, keep your torso tall, hold for 10 seconds then repeat. Hope this helps! XOXO Courtney courtcooley98
