1st off, you want to make sure that you are very warmed up before you put them on. 2nd, I would suggest dancing on demi pointe for a class (if it's okay with your teacher). And the 3rd thing is, do a lot of tondues, releve's, and stretches over your pointe shoes. Hope I helped!
