hey i saw your comment on the fruit kabos' recipes about how you want to get motivated. all you need to do is remind yourself to eat a healthy breackfast with 3 of the five food groups. and try not to snack to much. leave the chips, fries, and brownies alone and pick up an apple. if you feel the NEED to eat a browies have a brownie but only one not 5! and then eat somehting healthy like an apple. cheese has a lot of calories in it, so don't eat so much and only eat the porpotion on the label. braylyn

O.k. you said you can give advice on anything so I'm gonna ask a question about guys. There's this guy I like that I met a couple of summers ago. We went out and then broke up because we didn't have cell phones and we couldn't see each other. Now we can see each other whenever we want to because we have drivers licenses. I see him every summer and during basketball games that our schools play against each other. I am like totally in love with this guy but Idk if he likes me back. He acted like it this summer but idk. I have a month or so until prom and i wanted to ask him over the phone. We are still really good friends and always will be no matter wat so its not gonna break our relationship. Should I ask him to prom or not?
