heyy i'm a runner too! i'm not great but i heart xc! i kinda suck at track though. i ran the 800 this season and my pr was... wait for it... 3:28! any advice?

I hope you did well at your concert!! I'm doing marching band next year. So if you do cheerleading, you don't do marching band? That's cool. I have a lot of respect for cheerleaders. It's not easy going up in front of everybody and flipping and flying and all the jazz. ( :

omg how awesome! like i so agree his abs are amazing! i've never seen miles austin b4, but i just looked him up and yes he's pretty cute lol... so i do pretty much every sport, but my favorites are softball and volleyball. and i love playing tackle football with the guys lol it's fun cause i can hurt them but they can't hurt me! haha what sports do you play??

mod mod mod. my bed room is huge and im getting more furniture!!! its soo over whelming. how do i decide what to get. and i really want a desk and a vanity. any ideas where to look???? or how to make the process less stressful??!?!? Frown




Hey babe! Target and Ikea have great furniture selections, also the internet is great for furniture shopping.  I suggest drawing a floor layout of your room and planning furniture that way...draw rectangles for your bed/vanity/etc! It'll help you decide the best placement of different pieces!

MODMOD MOD MOD!!!!!!!!!!!!! MOD MOD!!!!!! Okay two things what dioes mod mean???? And 2nd any types on good stradigies to run the 400 meter in track also so I guess this us more like 3 now...i'm really sore and my muscles are soo tight, how do I relax them any ways to soothe the pain??!!!??

 

Hey girly! MOD stands for Moderator. As for your musles, why not take a warm, relaxing bubble bath to soothe them?!
