Hey girl! I just saw a comment from yo uabout being tan and white eyeliner! I would recomened to DO use white eyeliner on the innercorner of your eye! doing this will make it look like your more awake and pumped up, lol! i would use more of a neon eyeliner [PENCIL]on your waterline to make your tan pop out! (:
