hi! thanks! sure i will help you! ok so i would definitley continue those sports. that will help from gaining more fat on your legs. first i would try some of the exercizes from current or past G-Life articles. they are in the mags and online. they usually have some really great exercize moves that will target specific parts of your body and there might be some about your thighs and legs in there too! also i would do some lunges and squats each day to help tone out that area. another tip would be to make sure you are eating especially healthy. usually when people eat unhealthy most of the fat and nasty stuff ends up in the hips and thighs so watch out! drink lots of water and make sure you are eating those fruits and veggies sistah! hope this helps and comment back! ♥

Here's your advice! hey i need advice.....ok u no how there are like alot of clubs out there....well how do u join and like do u actually do anything or does the prez of the club just say people are in the club and that's it or what?? cuz i dont really understand. Different clubs do things different ways. For **CLUB FUN IN THE SUN** you simply post something that you enjoy doing, and you're in. Then the prez will post ideas for you to do, quizzes to take, articles to read, and stuff like that. For some clubs, things are run differently. To Join the clubs You can check Out Your frinds profile to see if the prez of the club invted them. And If You do that you just go on the prez profile and ask them if you can join. And Of course they will say yes. Just look around on GL and if there is a club that comes around and you want to join it just ask the prez of the profile if you can join. To join a club you ask if you can join and then they will tell you what to do from there. Also, you can make a club by either using your own profile, or you can create a new one. Clubs that are sister clubs advertise for each other and stuff like that. Being a sister club is actually a club. It is when you are part of another girl's club and you are willing to put their club out their along with yours. Hope this helps!
