I totally understand. Honestly what I say to myself when I feel the urge is "I will not cut, I will not cut" over and over. That helps sometimes. Also, I hang around friends that make me feel worthwhile. When you feel the urge, try walking away from anything you might hurt yourself with and do something you like to do. I hope this helps, and I want you to know I'm praying for you!

well if you still like him you guy need to talk no yelling idk why you would but if you guys still like each other and it was going good for you he prob broke up with you cause he heard you didn't like him and was afraid you would break up with him first tell him thats not true unless it is? hope that helped ttfn
