Ive been dating this guy for a while now... and he is SUPER polite and sweet!!! but.. sometimes toooo polite... the thing is is that he barely hugs me! and I want to get more... physical... not like, physical physical but u know what I mean! how do I let him know without it being awkward that it's ok for him to do that?? Hey!! Ok so to ensure everything goes smoothly with the new guy you like I would start by trying to just be his friend. Guys often get scared off if you make a move to quickly. If you have some classes with him at school try talking about casual things like homework and classes and really get to know him as a person. Once he starts to get comfortable around you, start flirting with him...he will get the hint I promise! Also, don't feel like you have to tell people right away that you like him...sometimes that can contribute to messing things up. I started to like a guy 2 years ago and I didn't tell any of my friensd I liked him until a couple months ago...afriad one of them would say something by accident or just make it more alkward when I was around him. Then again maybe it isn't best to wait that long to tell your friends...in case they fall for him too. Sorry if I'm being unclear...i hope this helped a little! ok so i know your pain with the hairy legs thing. i am almost 12 in less than a week and a couple days ago i asked my mom when i could start shaving. i finaly got up the nerve to ask and the she said that i was too young!! i dont want to bring it up again cuzz i dont want her to say no again. if you talk to your mom can you tell me how it works out!

secondfungirl123: Trust me, your story isnt embarrassing! I would tell your mother that it is time to start shaving! If your mom is worried about you shaving alone, then ask her if you can do a alternative, like Nair. (Nair is like a liquid/gel/sometimes a roll on hair removal, it doesnt hurt at all, but you have to be super careful of it, to make sure you dont get your hair with nair, because if you do, it will take your hair off!) Also, Nair is better than shaving because you dont get razor bumps when using Nair! Also if your mom REALLY doesnt want you to do shaving or Nair alone..see if she will do it for you. (I know, you may call it crazy, or gross, but hey, you get the hair off!) At least your mom knows you are okay!
